On time and not overbooked. Friendly staff. Comfortable waiting area. Fast and easy booking of appointment.

I do NOT recommend this place for imaging! I made an appointment for 12: 30 recently, to arrive at 12: 00 which I did. 12: 30 came and went, then 1 pm and others were being called in ahead of me even though they had come behind. When I went to the desk to ask when I could expect to go back, they claimed that my appointment was at 1: 15 coming in at 12: 30 to register. I had proof that I had been given an appt time of 12;30. I saw another lady there which also had similar experience and left as well. I asked for a refund and left before being given the test. I have a feeling this is a habitual problem for them.
One thing that has always bothered me about the medical field is that they dont seem to care about the time of their patients. This place is no exception to that rule. I would not recommend it if you, like me, expect them to keep their word. A little delay is sometimes just part of the deal but this was unexcusable. As patients, we must advocate for our care because no one will do it for us. This place held no regard for the inconvenience and showed no remorse or care.

Staff is inefficient and rather rude. Some are friendly and that’s the only reason for the 2 star review. It took them almost an hour to get me my disk, I have had multiple MRI’s before with even more images and never had to wait longer than about 10 minutes. Clearly it is not a well run facility.

The worst place to go for MRI was because there was a man whose name was sumansa he was very rude, and He wanted to fight with me because I wanted him to explain how it is work never back

The ultrasound tech was rude, purposefully misinterpreted my questions, and rushed through my scans to get to lunch. I had to remind her to do the whole scan and then she took about 3 seconds to scan my other side.

Went in for an abdominal scan with contrast. After drinking the stuff and having an IV, painful poke, bruising on the arm, I am then told the Dr didn’t order a contrast and they made a mistake, so sorry. Are you kidding me!

They got me in quick, the tech explained everything and was friendly. I got out of there in record time for an ultrasound on my leg.

While the actual technicians are nice their billing department is a nightmare- not only are they rude, they are also incompetent - find another company to get your tests to avoid months of red tape for a refund for overpayment

If you care about the health of your body and mind, don't go to this hell. They are very rude and illiterate. A few days ago, I had an abdominal MRI here for four hours, and the doctor named amit sharma forgot to write parts of the explanation about the organs inside the abdomen in the report, and the report was full of spelling and writing mistakes, and every day for one of the organs I went to office or my Dr called them, but the staff and the manager are very rude and do not care. If you don't have experienced staff and educated doctors, close this place, If they don't give me a full and correct report by next week, I will sue them in court for treating patients and such important issues like this.

I’m Dr. Laleh Bigdeli a primary care physician. I had a CT scan today at this place for abdomen and pelvis with contrast. The service was excellent and fast. I was very pleased. I don’t understand the negative reviews. If we have deductibles and need to pay, it’s not their fault. It has to do with our insurances. I will refer patients Prime!

Went here last friday with pain in abdomen for an ultrasound of ab n pelvis. The tech was v nice and courteous. The following day my dr recd one report which didn't seem to mention the issue they found during scanning, so it raised a red flag in my mind. When i followed up w them on monday turns out they sent incomplete report n completely missed sending the pelvic ultrasound report which had the diagnosis that was told to me. Had the tech not informed me of what i was suffering from id have thought the report they sent was complete n no action is needed. But since the 2nd report had the abnormalities it was imp to recieve it on time. Such a huge oversight on their part and noone seemed to care even when i escalated this issue. What if it was a 911 situation or matter of life and death. Also the report seems to be inaccurate as the tech told that abnormality is on left side but they have written its on right. I wonder how qualified their Doctors are and seriously doubt the legitimacy of their findings and expertise in reporting the findings. I paid a good 300$ now i feel i need a second opinion asi don't trust the accuracy of their reports.
Upon calling their mgr umpteen times to discuss my issue and lodge a complaint noone has got back to me neither did they come to phone. Looks like they take patient's life matters very casually. I will not be returning to this practise ever again as they don't seem to value patient's life. Poor customer service. If i could give a minus one star i would!

Just want to tell elderly and patients with disabilities to please do not go to them especially if you cant stand. I took time off from work to take my dad and after waiting and all the paperwork they told us they cant perform xray on my dad. Please have some information on your website or ask patients while making appointments that if you dont have right equipments for patients with disabilities. Complete waste of time.

I have had three MRIs at Prime.
The actual imaging service is very good and the pricing (for those paying out of pocket) is reasonable. However, the customer service and customer relationship management is abysmal.
Prime NEVER (and this is now three, four times that I've tried) responds to emails sent through their online Contact system.to set up an appointment takes various actual calls during business hours.getting extra CDs of scans takes various calls.
This is a problem that has existed for at least 4 years.it's astonishing that management has not attempted to resolve this as more usage of scanning equipment is the key to profits.
But I keep on coming back because of price and scanning service quality.

Worst scheduling place, stay away this place to do CT. Always delay on my appointment. Booked 9: 30am but told be to there by 7am; not called until 8: 45am to drink first bottle. Terrible time management.

I feel very defeated. I’ve been trying to get my doctor to approve an MRI for over a month now. He finally does, and sends an order to Prime. My insurance will not cover my MRI because i have not met my deductible. Prime offers a self pay price of $575 for what I need. Great deal, really, but I’m a full time college student. That’s just not possible. They said they can take half up front and bill the rest, but again, that’s not possible. I explained my situation almost in tears but the ladies on the phone didn’t care. I guess this place is money hungry and wants you to live in pain. They should try to traverse my 1,000 acre campus with moderate to severe pain in their foot to see how it feels. Wake up and realize that in this world, coughing up $200-300 at once is the difference between being able to afford food and going hungry. Thanks for making me live in pain.

This is my fourth time getting services at this location. This is my second MRI. First off location is very clean and new in the waiting room which makes waiting quite comfortable. They have TVs and offer a variety of soft drinks and water. My wait was about 15 minutes which I considered very fair. The front desk staff was excellent. I had no issues with my insurance nor my co-pay. But I was able to observe her, and her handlings, regarding a patient who had a very high co-pay. She maintained her composure and was very respectful and did everything to help the patient accordingly.

Medical procedures especially MRIs are never fun, I actually came in dreading this procedure, but the staff at this location is why I keep coming back. Beverly and Sebastian made my MRI super easy. I really felt Beverly went above and beyond to make me comfortable while in the tube. I have claustrophobia issues, and she made sure to consistently give me an update and speak to me during the scan at certain points. She shared with me her experience doing this for 20 years and that she also has some claustrophobia issues. She gave me something to cover my eyes which helped tremendously. I think the experience of my two operators as well as the consistent communication as well put me at ease.

I know I will have to be back because with my condition I will eventually need more scans. Prime diagnostic imaging I go to place thank you To the incredible staff!
