Scamers and THIEVES!
Horrible costumer service old equipment. I choose this because it was cheaper than leading laser company it was mistake and I sure pay the price for it.
The only good thing it was my technician she was nice.

I went in during my lunch break and I was in and out in about 10 min the manager was very kind and welcoming and Nadia my laser technician explained the process since I was nervous and worked fast and efficient. It did sting a bit but just after one treatment I saw about 60 percent of the hit gone and she recommended six treatments and I can’t wait to go back.

Great start. Being nervous but Technetian explained very nicely. Sami was focused and very professional.

Love this place! The crew are super nice and Professional. So far the results are great.coming from Indian community, I have thick hair. I was expecting I may need lot of sittings but I just done with 6 sittings and I am feeling like I may not need extra sittings (I may need touch ups though). Highly recommend.

I called in to ask about a Groupon I found that said “unlimited sessions for $150” while I was explaining to the lady that answered the phone, she explained that it’s only 6-8 sessions, when I told her that’s not what the ad said. She hung up the phone on me, and I haven’t been able to get back through.

I won’t be going here.

Adriana is fantastic at this place! I’ve seen a huge difference on my body. Probably the best decision I’ve ever made was to come here and Adriana does an awesome job every time. She listens to you very carefully, makes you feel comfortable and addresses all your concerns. Best service I’ve ever received so thank you!

Avoid this place! Their equipment must be obsolete because after 5 treatments I don’t see any difference on hair reduction. The technician had
to use a wet towel to hold the laser gun because it overheats. GOING WITH THIS COMPANY IS JUST A WASTE OF YOUR MONEY. Nooooo funciona, noooo sirve, no gastes tu dinero, lee tu contrato ahi te dicen que no te garantiza nada! Ahi debi de haber huido del lugar! Mande una queja y nadie la atendió! Pésimo

Called to make changes to an appointment time due to conflict. When arrived at new appointment time, it was never updated in the system, time wasted and was not apologized.

While waiting, overheard another customer also complaining about her appointment time not being honoured.

Love this place! The girls are super nice and very helpful. The first thing I look at is cleanliness and they get a five star rating from me. Highly recommend.

Friendly workers and technicians, always on time and barely any wait time. Other than the professional atmosphere, their prices are cheap in comparison to other laser clinics. I’ve done several sessions so far and have seen results in certain areas and barely any results in a majority of other areas, most likely will need to buy another package. So I’ll come back here and update you guys after I finish the 1st package and will continue for the 2nd package too.

Its was my first laser treatment, the whole staff wer so friendly and explained everything they wer doing, I recommend this place strongly, i loved it.

I’ve been coming here for around 2 years, and the staff is really nice and makes you feel comfortable on the table! Laser treatment has been effective and reduced the production of hair growth!
