I don’t think I could recommend a better team than Justin and his crew. I had gone through so much unnecessary lender trouble due to my original lenders confusion of VA loans paired with their unwillingness to factor in my company relocation benefits. Justin came to the rescue. I should’ve placed my trust in him from the beginning, considering I have a loan through PrimeLending already and have had 0 issues. Unfortunately, part of my relo benefits was direct billed closing costs if I used 1 of the 3 banks the company recommended. After weeks of dealing with a rude loan officer at Huntington I finally contacted Justin and he got me squared away really fast. Weirdly, I loved every minute of this process. Buying a house isn't the easiest task to do with all the paperwork the buyer is needing to fetch, but Justin's team were hands down the best. They are so great at communicating and they get back to you very soon. I LOVED the Welcome goodie package in the mail. It had the most thoughtful gifts and a summary of what to expect with the buying process. Just a great company with great service. I'm going to use them again.
