PRIME orthodontics, Carrollton TX

Just completed my treatment. My teeth are how I always dreamed of it. It's been a journey but I couldn't be happier! Thank you Dr. Chung, Christine and the staff!

My son completed about two years of orthodontics here this summer. They promised it would take two years, but it ended sooner than expected. Teacher Jeong explained in great detail. In particular, the assistant with a pretty voice who took the reservation at the front was very friendly. She was never unfriendly to her guests. Dogs that comfort children are also adorable! It's a place that lacks nothing. It's such a shame that I can't go when proofreading is finished. Thank you:)

I cannot stress this enough. This orthodontist is the best there is in Dallas. I personally do not leave many reviews on Google, but the way Dr. Chung fixed my teeth to look brand new makes me want to recommend this to others who are interested in fixing their teeth. Also, all the staff members are very sweet and welcoming every time I come in for a check up. Again, I would recommend this orthodontist to anyone who cares about their teeth, because they do it right over here!

In 4th grade, I had braces over my 8 front teeth for 2 years. The year after COVID, I started braces once again. I was anxious with the process, but Dr. Chung and Christine were very helpful and explained the process of my treatment thoroughly. I had a great experience there. Thank you for all of your efforts!

I don’t write reviews often but the Prime Ortho team did an amazing job from start to finish. The attention to detail was great, scheduling and process was simple and easy. Nothing negative can be said at all they are the best!

Friendly and accommodating. We are visiting from out of town and had an orthodontic “crisis”. They got us in right away and resolved the problem. The pets also helped ease my daughter’s anxiety about the situation. Never saw the actual doctor, but the staff we dealt with were wonderful.
