Don't hesitate to call the clinic for support when you have health problems since timing is your life. Our family trust Prime Physicians PA since their staff are caring with fast response. Dr. Mai was eloquent and kind, he gave us good advices and solutions for our health problems. He also spent time listening to our problems which you might not have now with most of clinics

Booked my appointment through ZocDoc, with a different physician. Received a call from their office to get there earlier, then had to wait an hour to get seen. They took a urine sample to confirm my pregnancy, and then prescribed me a UTI antibiotic that is NOT the first option for a pregnant woman. I had to later find out from a different Doctor that luckily I was far long enough that the antibiotics didn’t harm my baby. Thank you to God, but people should really not go to this clinic. They are not well rounded in communication, and definitely do not seem to know what they’re doing.

Front office staff will lose records, ignore requests and create an awful experience over time. I’ve been going to this doctor for years and I love the doctor but no longer willing to work with his front office staff and nurse practitioners.

Exaggerated medical billing and painful wait times. I requested a phone call appointment to avoid excessive charging to my insurance. The doctor did not call me until 2 hours after my scheduled time. The clerk advised me AFTER I called and complained, “since your visit is over the telephone, you will have to wait until all patients in office have been seen. ” To conclude, they didn’t even find the root of the problem. Just treated a symptom as all doctors do.

Really upset with this office and I want to first mention that I gave this office a second chance. My boyfriend and I scheduled for an annual physical exam and the first time we went with Dr. Rudolph Mendez and this man is cuckoo. He came in and was rambling about all kinds of things that made no sense then bc we had suspected that I may be pregnant, he completely refused to see me as a patient or touch me for any physical assessment. However, they did do bloodwork on my boyfriend for his physical exam. Turns out, I wasn’t pregnant so I schedule a physical exam for myself with Dr. Minh Mai this time at 2: 30pm, came to the office and the nurse had me do a Covid test, strep test and urine test which sounds reasonable enough but then they came in and asked me to do an EKG, which was a little odd since they didn’t ask my boyfriend to do one last time he was there nor did he had to do a Covid, strep or urine test either.

Afterwards, Dr Minh-Mai came in and gave me my assessment which he was very professional and I did feel comfortable talking to him. Now the turn side of all this was afterwards the nurse entered to tell me they cannot get my blood work done as the nurse that would had left at 1: 00pm and that I can go to another clinic today, the time is now 3: 30pm the 2 clinics they provided for me to go do bloodwork: one was already closed for the day and the other was another 20 minutes away and I have fasted since 10pm the night before. If they knew their staff will leave at 1: 00pm and I specifically scheduled for an annual physic exam then why schedule me at 2: 30pm to begin with? I would have been fine rescheduling if it was needed. Time is money and communication is important! Please be a bit more understanding towards people’s time and needs.

Dr Mai is phenomenal! Very Smart, accurate, kind and caring and office staff is very welcoming. Looking forward to a many more visits and may I add the office is totally Gorgeous! Thanks Dr Mai for just being you.

Dr. Mai is the best! He is very thorough and has excellent patient care! I definitely recommend him as a primary care physician
