The worst real estate company ever. Bought a home that their realtor was representing and once we paid ans closed they gave us 1 key for the house and it didnt even work. Called the owner and he was disrespect and rude and the agent Ariel who is just as bad if not worse. Trust me, do not use this company and stay far away from them. Wish i could give them O stars. I worked on the lender side of a transaction with Phillip Rios. It was always a pleasure to speak with him on the phone. He has a positive and friendly attitude. He was very communicative with me about any changes and was able to facilitate a very smooth double closing! I would love to work with him again and would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Concerning Agent Edward Rios, Jr…I had been trying to sell a property for over two years. I contacted Eddie, signed a 3 months contract and he sold the place in less time. This man worked on all aspects of the sale, finding contractors as needed, always available for questions and most important, securing the most money for the property. This guy is a non stop hustler for his clients! Ask for him, you won’t regret it.

We’ve been looking for a home for quiet some time and had no clue how to begin the process. Eddie and Annalisa guided us through the whole process from beginning to end. They definitely put my mind at ease with all the foot work involved in the home buying process. I would highly recommend their services. I guarantee you will not be disappointed. They will put 100% to helping you through the whole process.

Waste of time and theft of an application fee. Showed proff of income over 100k in 6 months. Denied. Based on the reviews, it seems they did me a favor

They "manage" a few apartments in my complex. Often it's not clear who to contact when there's something wrong.

About a month ago, 3 different contractors over a week's time couldn't access a vacant apartment to work on it. They didn't put a lock box on it until AFTER a new tenant was scheduled to move in, and then that didn't get settled for them to get their exclusive access for a few DAYS.

2 weeks ago they delivered an eviction notice to the wrong building. The wrong street even. At least it was the same development. That's very stressful until one realizes it's a mistake.

Also, as tenants, we're not going to walk up to another apartment and hand them an eviction notice that came to the wrong apartment. It's not our job, and it's kind of dangerous. There's a reason Constables often handle that.

Highly unprofessional workers they have at this business. Annalisa refused to tell me the asking price of a home she has listed. She gave a random made up number then demanded I make offers. She said the price is “kinda” $333,333, but after a quick search on Zillow, the price turned out to be $309,000. Very unprofessional behaviour and would not recommend Prime Real Estate if this is the kind of customer service provided.

She then proceeded to block me on Facebook after more disrespectful comments and laughing at me. I’d NEVER use this real estate company and I hope you do your research on these people before buying your home through them.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would.
