This is the first time I have ever felt the need to leave a negative review but I find it necessary considering this is for peoples health. I have loved my experience with both Amber Martin & Janine Wallace but my most recent experience with the staff at this facility has been absolutely horrible. I got lab work done due to some medical concerns I had & when I got my results back there was concerning information- but I never received a phone call to discuss even though I called & asked several times. One of the first women to answer was actually very friendly and briefly read me the notes that my doctor had written me which included that I should be referred to a specialist. When I finally did get someone to call me who was supposed to explain these results to me and read the notes that my doctor had written- first thing she said was “I heard you called what questions do you have” & I asked her very simple questions in regards to my lab results & she said “well that’s a complicated questionjt just looks like you are out of wack & meds should fix it”. The question I asked was a very basic question that a medical professional should know. She did not explain what any of it meant just gave me a diagnosis and no explanation. She also did not mention to me that my doctor had wanted me to see a specialist. I guess she thought I didn’t need to know that information. They prescribed me a medication without telling me how to properly take it & if not taken under very specific circumstances the medication literally does not work. The only reason why I know this is because my mom also takes this medication so if it wasn’t for her telling me I would not have known & would be taking this medication incorrectly. I left a note for my doctor to give me a call after this interaction because I wanted to actually go through my results & never heard back. If you want to go to a place where they really care about your health- I suggest elsewhere. You would think they would have a little bit of compassion & understanding when someone has gotten a diagnosis & has questions or concerns but no. I had to find another doctor to read my results to me & explain at a different facility & now I finally have the answers I wanted but primecare was unable to do this.

WellMed recently purchased Primecare and my first visit with WellMed was horrible. I came in for back pain because they wouldn't do it via TellaDoc. I was given 14 sheets of paper to fill out while I was in extreme pain needing to be seen and pain medicine prescribed. They would not let me leave before completing all 14 sheets and declined to let me take it with me to fill out and return. Most of the information I filled out was info they already had on file for me. I have been a patient here for 22 years and this was the worst experience I've ever had. I fear the service WellMed provides is going to be subpar to what Primecare established.

Been waiting for an appoiment for almost two months with doctor Parikh since Susan left to Katy. Today 09/14/22 just got a call to reschedule until 11/08/22.looking forward to find another doctor asap.

Have been with this practice for many years and have had good experiences until this past year. I’ve tried several times to make a sick appointment and both locations are booked out more than a week. Called just now and there are no appointments in either location or tele-appointments for over a week. The last tele- appointment I had lasted less than 6 minutes. All I need is medicine for a sinus infection. The appointment desk people are not helpful and rude. What are you supposed to do when you’re sick? How do I know I’m going to be sick in the future apparently when they have openings?

Another disappointing interaction with PrimeCare Medical Group. Called last Friday to ask about getting antiviral after testing positive for Covid. Never received a call back from my doctor or any of the other office staff. Glad I went to an urgent care - at least they were able to help me. What is really concerning is that I called the office twice, I found out the second time I called, the person I spoke with the first time didn’t even document my request and the initial call. Horrible customer service. What is the point of having a primary care doctor if they never call you back or do anything for you when you need them? I think this really is the last time I let this practice disappoint me. Horrible office staff and doctors that never call back.

Appt. @10: 20am. Fasting and have been up since 6am. Now, 11: 15 and still nothing! I had to go tell them that I'm waiting, still. They are waiting for a room? Why do make appts if you don't have the equivalent amount of rooms. This will be my last time here. Go somewhere else.

Not a very good experience. Left four messages for Dr. Susan Phan's medical assistant to call me. Five days went by and no call back. Since all I could get was a recording every time, I decided to go through the appointments desk. Finally received a call from a manager stating that she had called me and left a message. LIAR, no missed call or any messages. Will be finding another doctor.

I’ve been seeing Jeannine Wallace, PA for all of my healthcare needs for several years and I trust her completely with my health! She is wicked smart and sooo passionate about what she does! My husband and I travel from cypress to see her and highly recommend her!

PrimeCare Medical Group is an amazing group. Bridget Gonzales is the best she is very accommodating and always goes above and beyond for the patients’ needs! Dr. Manish Parikh provides the best care for his patients and he is highly recommended, an exceptional primary care physician

I really wanted to be a patient at PrimeCare-Memorial City. Over the past 2-3 weeks, I've left 4 messages for the appointment desk and booked an appointment online. No one has responded to my messages. Then, last week I received an automated email declining my online request for an appointment. I had excellent referrals to the practice and to Dr. Doshi. This has been very frustrating to say the least.

I was very impressed with the ladies at the front desk as a new patient walking in on a Monday morning so early. They all smiled immediately and said hello before I even got to the desk. They asked me how I was and even complemented my outfit. That makes a woman feel great! Everyone seemed so friendly in the front, back as well as the providers looked very friendly as I passed by. It seemed like every corner I turned in that rather large office everyone was happy and energetic, very family friendly. It was very organized and clean at the front I also noticed the manager sitting at the front training what seemed like a new employee and she was so patient with her and interacted so well with patients like she has known them forever. The office was very clean and they did an amazing job wiping down the counters in the front, all the way to the pens. I will tell my friends and colleagues about Primecare Medical Group and the comfort i have of knowing I made a great choice to transfer to them for my healthcare needs.

I would like to give a Huge Shout out to Lauren and Jasmine! Today I came into for an appointment for my husband. I am also a patient. As I was waiting in the waiting room this older man came in the office the compassion and patience they both share was priceless. It is the ultimate customer service they provided to this gentleman.
It makes me extremely grateful because both my parents are also patients. Keep up the Amazing customer service. Ya'll Rock!

All the staff, including Nurses, Allergists, Front Desk, Lab Techs, Jeanine Wallace and her Nurse are amazing. I’ve been a patient’s of Jeanine’s for 20+ years now and I’ll never see anyone else.

They attended fine as regular consultation, the peoblem is when they called me to say covid results, the nurse or I don't know who called me just said, you are positive and keep away from other people and recommend them to be tested, that's it. Any recommendation, non medication to get better from symptoms, and bye. That's it. Hey! You work with humans and I believe my dog's veterinary speaks and treat better their patiens. If a patient is having a condition at least do a recommendation, no matter what if there are or not a medication. We are humans remember

I love this place! Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable in their respective departments. All have been professional and actually return calls when they say they will, “the right hand knows what the left hand is doing”. I highly recommend this medical facility for your primary care needs. My family and I just started coming here. The service here is great as the physician and nurses take great consideration into our concerns. Additionally, the staff clearly explains details to us and ensures that appointment times/schedules are maintained.
