This place is terrible, if I could give Prime Care zero stars I definitely would! I followed PA Renee Dodd here several years ago because I really liked her as my PCP. Last fall I had a sinus infection and tried to make an appointment and was told she was booked for months and furthermore no other doctor could see me for two months.they recommended I go to an urgent care facility. If I wanted to go to an urgent care facility I wouldn't have a PCP! And by the way, this was not the first, second or third time I was unable to get an appointment with any of the doctors there when I have been ill. In March I booked my annual physical with Renee Dodd. I was hoping I could get in sometime in May but was told she was booked until July. I made the appointment for the beginning of July. Last Friday they called to inform me that I would have to reschedule because she had a conflict/wouldn't be in the office that day. I guess she wanted to go on vacation! I was told I couldn't reschedule until August. When I tell you my summer plans had been made around this appointment that I had made FOUR months earlier, I am not exaggerating! I told them forget it, I am tired of being treated this way and NO doctor or PA is worth this hassle! I called Village Medical and was able to get an appointment for my physical at the beginning of July! It was so nice to call and get an appointment so quickly! Prime Care you need to make some major organizational changes or more patients like myself will realize there are much better medical offices out there. Also I noticed when you answer a review on here you are using a standard response.can you get any more impersonal? ! Potential patients do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!
