Horrible customer service there was one employee helping a customer & the other two busy talking & doing who knows what on there phone. & all i wanted was to ask one question about my card pin btw i was the only person in line check the cameras! 2/19/2021 11: 15 am

I stopped at the North location to open a business acct and the customer service representative, Tenika Jolivette, was very condescending, rude and seemed to be irritated by any questions. Horrible service

I have now made 3 trips trying to make a stinking CASH deposit on of the only 2 ATM in this place, and all 3 times there’s a huge line taking for ever! The first time, the guy from Brinks thought it was a good idea to park side ways and BLOCK BOTH ATM’s. Even though he was only using one, so there was a line of 7 cars waiting for an ATM. The second and third time, whomever is working the drive up teller needs better training because cats are spending way too much time to be helped. I love all the way to Conroe and this is the closest PrimeWay, but this is exactly why after almost 15 years with PrimeWay, I will not make it my primary bank. All the other banks have their lobbies open, why is PrimeWay so special? !? ! It’s not like they have ATM’s all over Houston! Sad and totally dissatisfied!

I walked in at 1: 30pm, no one greeted me! I signed in and sat down. It's 1: 37 pm and still no hello! Guess they were too busy for the 4 customers that are waiting? 2 cashiers and one personal bank assistant! I'm gone. I wanted to open an account for the personal assistance and the credit repaired option. Guess I'll try somewhere else!

The worst place to to come too. The maneger acts very unprofessional. Would definitely not recommend this place.

I had a not so great experience at this location. After speaking with the manager at the 290 location (Deborah Nash) she cleared up the misinformation I was given at the 45 location. She is exactly the experience that I've grown accustomed to at Primeway and will continue doing business with them because of it.

Friday March 29 i go to withdraw money. It never gave me NO MONEY BUT SAID IT WAS WITH DREW ON MY PHONE. IT NEVER OPENED UP AND ISSUED NO MONEY. NOT A GOOD BANK. WENT INSIDE AND SAID THEY COULD NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. NOW THIS IS THEIR ATM. THIS IS DEVESTATING ON MY FAMILY! THE MACHINE WAS NOT OUT OF MONEY EITHER. A MAN WALKED UP AND WITH DREW TWICE. I SAT THEIR AND WATCHED. SO BEWARE. I DIDN'T HAVE AN ACCOUNT THEIR BUT THE CARD COMPANY I HAVE SAID TO GO THEIR FOR ATM BANKING. We finally got it worked out. I think they got better security around ATM. I DID GET MY MONEY BACK. THANKS TO NANCY RODRIGUEZ.

The best customer service I ever had. Mayra Cardenas was very polite and a joy to work with. She took her time to explain the terms of my loan and to make sure all the paperwork was correct. If anyone looking for car and personal loan. Please go see Mayra Cardenas Primeway Federal Credit Union

I can’t believe some of the reviews I’ve read. Some people just have too much misery and drama in their lives. Slow down and enjoy life.
I have been banking with PrimeWay for a long long time. Never had a issue and if I did PrimeWay would probably resolve it for me.
I am a satisfied customer.

Artisha knows me quite well. She engages really well while providing excellent service. So I get a personal smile and always get great service.

Don’t have anything negative because I am greeted and serviced well.

Wish you had it as well as I do.

Hated when they bought out Cameron/TexasOne CU. They removed the courtesy pay for no reason. Denied car loan skipapay. Poor Customer service;took 4wks to get pmt history because archive. High interest rates. Denied me a secured card. I closed my accnt as soon as I paid off my car loan.

I really enjoy this fast and easy service oriented credit union. I definitely would say they offer and provide exceptional service!

I've been with Primeway since '90 when they were CFCU. They finance my truck and car in 98 and 2005. Any mistake I made are they made they were always willing to do their best to fix it and did fix it. I've tried other Banks over the years and none of the others gave me the service and personal attention I get with them. Looking back on this 27+ year relationship I have to say that I'm happy to have been with them.

SAD! My debit card recently has been giving me error codes with the merchants. So like any other member would do is ask for a replacement. In my 23 years in the financial industry, never heard a CU or bank charge $6 to replace a unreadable debit card. SAD!
No worries I guess another CU will be delighted to service our 6 accts and Mult. Loans. Primeway CU just remember GREAT SERVICE takes your business a long way!

Paid my car note. 3 days later I check my account and there's a $16.82 charge. I call my bank and they say that PFCU charged me the extra amount because they ran it as a cash advance. I'm not understanding why the young lady didn't tell me it would be a cash advance in this first place. Well I'll say this, PFCU won't ever have to worry about me swiping my card at their bank anymore. From now on I'll pull the cash out of my bank account. Totally disgusted right now.
