Mary Montgomery is tops in our books! We went in to Primeway, at the suggestion of a good friend, and Mary took care of some very important banking needs for us with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency! We are very thankful that we took our friends advice and went to see her at this beautiful location! Thank you to Mary and the Primeway staff!

DeMonica is the BEST! She greeted each person who entered the building with a smile and let them know that someone would be with them momentarily. I was having difficulty with the audio teller, which DeMonica could overhear. She stepped in and told the teller that she would be assist me.

She resolved the issue quickly, and I was out the door!

I love Primeway. I've been with them for almost a decade now. I prefer to finance my vehicles for the lower APR and using thier app when making the notes. For my latest purchase I shopped online and with the help from DeMonica Adams I didn't have to leave home. The vehicle I originally picked out the dealership kept giving me a hard time even after the paperwork was drawn up about a $500 deposit to hold the vehicle for a 24 hour period. DeMonica refused to let them take advantage of me by stating there is no need to hold when we are purchasing at that moment. We couldn't come to terms with that dealership so she helped me look elsewhere. Long story short on the next attempt I had given DeMonica full control of my accounts and what amount I wanted my note to be. When all was said and done. I got a better model of the vehicle in my price range with Gap and warranty. Feels Awesome to be treated as a member and not a customer. THANK YOU DeMonica Adams I have another vehicle for you finance ASAP.

Devaun at Primeway took ownership of my request and didn't stop working until the problem was resolved. She could have passed me off.she didn't. She could have avoided doing the hard work.she didn't. She's proof that Primeway empowers their staff to genuinely help the members they serve. I'm beyond grateful and impressed.

Never had any issues with this location. Absolutely love primeway. (compared to last credit union that was stuck in the 90's, with deposit/withdraw papers that had to be filled out). Love the ITM machines that yoy can see and talk to tellers.

Absolutely love this location! I could not ask for a better bank to get my affairs in order. 2 years ago I started working with Jonathan and his associates at this bank and they have never disappointed me. Since then I have purchased a car with the best rates and refuse to bank anywhere else. Anyone working at this location is timely and eager to help with whatever I need. I’ve never encounter a bad experience. I can always count on someone answering the phone and getting the best answers to my questions. There’s never a long wait and I am always taken care of. I am so grateful that PrimeWay is in my neighborhood.

I have been a member of PFCU receiving nothing less than amazing service initially banking at TMC branch managed by the most professional and awesome J. Goodall in the U T Houston Health Science Building. Since then, banking at Midtown, Downtown, Scurlock Towers, Missouri City and last but certainly not least; the awesome Sugar Land branch. I have been most satisfied with the professionalism and efficient customer service from each and every single drive through teller.
The (S L) Manager, Jonathan has always always been professional, well poised, humble, and extremely knowledgeable along with so many other qualities of a great leader. It is for this reason, I honestly feel fortunate to have been assisted by him upon every single visit.
