Primrose School of Round Rock at Forest Creek

My daughter loves her amazing teacher. She is always ready to learn every time I see her pictures. She enjoys it so much and it help to have teachers that enjoy teaching children!

It's been almost a year and I still find myself remensing on this wonderful school and the fabulous people who run it. Not only has my life been greatly impacted but my children's as well. Thanks to the extensive trainings and genuine people working there, my children are advanced in their learning and are extremely social. They still speak greatly of their teachers, Ms. Cristina, Ms. Shay, Ms. Nyesha, Ms. Tamara, and Ms. Meghan! They all took their time with my babies in their different stages of life and it shows.

Thankful for Ms. Reena, Mr. Kevin, and Ms. Taylor for everything they did (and continue to do) and instilling the love of learning at Primrose.

I will always have such a love for the people here and this school!

Our 4yr old daughter goes to Primrose Forest Creek school for past 1 year. She enjoys and looks forward to going to school everyday which is a testament to how great the teachers are. Special thanks to the management as well for hosting different events for kids and parents such as Halloween parades, events to show kids’ cultures from around the world, Breakfast with Santa and Parents night out. We really appreciate the effort the teachers and management takes to give a learning, friendly and safe environment for the kids. Special thanks to Ms Meghan, Ms Alejandra, Ms Shay and Ms Nyesha!

Primrose School of Round Rock at Forest Creek is a great place for children to learn and grow. When we moved to the area I took my toddler on a tour to visit 3 schools. When we entered the Primrose it smelled like cookies and we were greeted with warm smiles. Ms. Hypatia took us on a tour and gifted my little guy a book. My kiddos reaction to the experience let me know this was the right place for us. Its been almost 3 years, and we have been blessed with great teachers along the way.
Ms Christina (who is no longer there) was really awesome she helped us get our little guy potty trained in 4 days, we were really impressed. Ms. Nyesha, was one of my son's favorite teachers, she has so much patience and relaxed approach to helping our guy make "good choices". Now that we are in the pre-K program we have transitioned to a new class and we absolutely love Ms. Danielle, she has to be one of the kindest people there. The talks she has with the kids are impactful and my son comes home sharing what he has learned and on the tough days he’s learned there is always an opportunity to " turn his day around". The curriculum at this school and the teaching style is excellent, I’ve seen a lot of growth in our kiddo. Ms Heather is very focused on preparing the pre-K classes for Kinder and it shows.
We’ve been to a few other schools and Primrose has been worth the investment. They encourage engagement with families by inviting family to participate in events and parties. At times they also have fun events like magic shows and petting zoo’s for the kids. They also have outside vendors who bring services on site like soccer shots, Spanish, music… ect.
The culture at this school is very welcoming and inclusive. You are always treated and greeted with kindness. If ever you have concerns Ms Taylor is transparent and always has an open door, she is a really great listener and great at finding solutions that work for your family.

Our daughter has been attending Primrose at Forest Creek for 2 months now and we love it! Her teachers (Ms Courtney, Ms Madelyn and Ms Shay) are amazing and so good with the infants! All of the staff are so up beat and welcoming each day! And the admissions coordinator, Ms Laraine, is the best! She cares so much about the school and making sure each family is welcomed and happy! We are very happy with our decision to send our daughter here - we highly recommend!

We recently moved our infant son over from another nearby daycare and have been very impressed with his teachers, the administrators, and really everything about the school. We would recommend this school to anyone.

I now have two kids attending Primrose, a toddler and an infant. My 2 year old had been struggling with drop offs as he got older but he’s now turned a corner. He loves his teacher Ms. Allie & Ms. Regan, sometimes telling him he’s going to see them is enough to get him in the car. Ms. Allie is energetic, friendly, & engaging. While Ms. Regan is such a calming & sweet presence. They’re both a good combo & total lifesavers when it came to potty training my boy. With my infant we have been lucky enough to once again work with Ms. Courtney. I don’t know how she does it but she always has a smile & such wonderful energy when she greets you. I also want to let Ms. Madelyn know how happy it makes me to see pictures of her with my baby because she always looks engaged, playful, and full of joy which I could not ask more from the person taking care of my kiddo. Last but not least, Ms. Shay you absolutely rock in those singing videos. Thank you to all.

I’m a Primrose grandparent. I begged my son and daughter-in-law to let me keep our grandbaby while they worked, but they insisted on Primrose. I honestly couldn’t be happier! Any day I take the baby to school, she is so happy to arrive and toddle into her classroom. Any day I pick her up, she is happy and tired from having a day full of stimulation, movement, learning, and play. The teachers and staff are so kind to the children and whole families. Our little one began at 6 months, and she’s been there almost a year. Primrose at Forest Creek was a great decision my kids made!

My experience with the infant and toddler classes has been more than welcoming. The staff and teachers make it a point to show a positive vibe, which I love walking into every morning and evening.
Watching my son run to Ms. Alicia every morning with his arms out and a smile melts my heart. Not being able to talk yet and seeing this action says everything a parent needs to know about the care this facility gives to its children.

My son is now 2.5 years old. Primrose has and continues to mold and shape my son into a little independent man! He loves to help cook dinner, read books, and color. He picks out letters he sees on street signs and store fronts. He loves going to school to see his friends and his teachers. I am truly grateful to Primrose. I know when he is there he is getting the best care possible.

Primrose at Forest Creek has been absolutely amazing for my son. He is currently 18 months and was scratching and pinching. I have tried everything, time out, distraction, and even ignoring the behavior so he will stop. Nothing worked. Ms. Carolina, Ms. Madelyn, and Ms. Alicia suggested I say hands to self which they practice in school. He scratched and pinched twice last night, once during dinner time and the other at bedtime. I said hands to self and he crossed his arms across his chest. It worked! I only said it once and he stopped. His teachers are amazing with him and his classmates. I am so grateful he has teachers that love him like their own.

Our daughter has loved being at Primrose. We have seen improved language skills and just lot’s of happiness out of her when she comes home from her day. Lot’s of great updates about her day through the app including their daily learning outcomes and pictures. Primrose has lots of monthly activities for parents like culture day and parent’s night out. We also love their ever changing and healthy menu of food for the kiddos. I will also add that they have lots of staff so we always feel our daughter is well taken care of and there is someone to answer any question we may have. Thanks primrose!

My daughter has been going to Primrose for a year now. She started at 12 months old and has transitioned through 3 different classrooms as she has grown. All have been wonderful! I was really nervous about taking her to daycare. She's my first, and I was scared to be away from her. From day 1, they made me feel really comfortable, and she is absolutely thriving. Some things we love about Primrose:

- The app. They take pictures throughout the day and provide detailed updates on when your child has a diaper change, naps, and eats.
- The food. They have an in-house chef who makes all of the food from scratch. This makes my life so easy since I don't have to pack anything. They provide a menu at the start of each week. It is always well balanced, and I love that my daughter is exposed to a variety of food.
- The activities. They have daily learning objectives, they paint, they sing, they have a splash pad, they occasionally have visitors like a petting zoo and even a beekeeper!
- The staff. I love the staff. It always makes my day to chat with them. They are very communicative and an overall lovely group of people. My daughter loves all of the teachers she has had. I can tell she feels safe when I drop her off, and she is always in a good mood when I pick her up.

We LOVE Primrose Forest Creek. We toured about 5 preschools, and PRC far and away blew us away in terms of curriculum, student-to-teacher ratio, safety, and personal touches. We joke that if we had known school would have been this great we would have started sending our daughter years ago (she recently turned 3). The best part about PRC is that we started with a great introductory experience.and have only become more impressed as the school year has progressed. Through an app on our phones we get multiple updates each day with photos and highlights of learning lessons from the day (e.g, the class read X book about X topic and then did X craft project related to that topic), which allows us to not only "peek in" on our daughter during the day via photos but also know exactly what learning to ask her about and reinforce when we get home. If you're considering sending your child to preschool or trying to determine which preschool is best, do yourself a favor and schedule an interview here; I have no doubt you'll be as impressed and satisfied as we were. *note: we're not affiliated with the school at all, just extremely grateful parents to have found such a great place to send our daughter!

Primrose Forest Creek has been an impeccable learning environment. Primrose has caring and responsive teachers, where they make learning enjoyable for the kids. They learn in creative ways that have them very prepared for kindergarten.

This school is phenomenal. The staff and teachers care very much about our kiddo, the curriculum, and do everything they can to make us feel at home. I can’t say enough good things about Primrose-Forrest Creek!

We withdrew our child from a school that’s 3 minutes away from our home and also cheaper, to this school that is 15 mins away, and within the first few days, we knew it was a good decision.
The teachers and management are awesome. Among a lot of other things that we appreciate, we love how they pay attention to the kids unlike the former school. We have seen the difference in our child. Now she loves to go to school unlike her former school.
I will give more than 5 stars if I could. I recommend anyone take your kid to this school if you care about their improvement and not just keeping them away from home:)

We have had a great experience with Primrose Round Rock at Forest Creek for my 2 daughters, now ages 3 and 5! The enrollment process was so smooth and leadership really worked for us! They provided us with detailed information and were so warm and friendly. I love that they provide a 1/2 day for them to adjust & meet their teachers and see their classroom before they start and the parent orientation was very helpful to go over the details of the handbook! The communication is wonderful from both the teachers and management, whether in person, email or through the app. Our youngest was 2.5 years olds when she started and was potty trained within a month of starting due to teamwork and great communication of staff. My 4 year old is always singing songs from school, about the weather, days off the week or saying a simple thankful prayer before dinner - which is absolutely adorable, and also shows she is learning so much in a nurturing environment. I also enjoy the awesome music that plays in the hall, and it always smells so good- and LOVE cookie Friday!

Our daughter started in the infant class at 9 weeks old, and we have been very pleased with the care that she receives. Ms. Courtney and Ms. Ashley are wonderful, and made us feel really comfortable leaving our daughter with them at such a young age! The Procare app is nice, too, and pretty detailed.

Update- our daughter still attends this school (she’s now 15 months old), and we’ve been happy with each class she’s moved up to. After the infant classroom, she had Ms. Valerie as her teacher, and Ms. Valerie is just amazing. She genuinely cares for my daughter, and my daughter loves her. There’s no better feeling than knowing your kids are safe, secure, and well cared for at school, and we’ve felt that every step of the way at Primrose. We have nothing but good things to say about this school. The front office staff are always very welcoming and helpful, as well:)

This school is a 10/10! Wouldn’t recommend anywhere else. A sense of community is truly felt. Staff is amazing and I’m feeling a fresh new vibe! Looking forward to a new year!
