Primrose School of West Lake Hills, Austin TX

Primrose West Lake was a great choice for our first ever daycare experience! Our infant goes a few days a week and is so happy when we walk in. His teachers Gaby and Sharie greet him with excitement and urgency so we can get to work. The arts & crafts they do are so fun for him and the communication to us throughout the day is comforting. We always know how he’s doing. Primrose has provided an excellent experience for us so far!

Our daughter started in November and it has been a great experience. Her teachers, Miss Abby and Miss Sherri, are wonderful! They're very attentive and our daughter is always doing fun activities like her "Mistletoe" art!

I have two boys (2 and 6 months) that have been with Primrose since they were 4 months old. We have absolutely loved all their teachers and are so grateful to have them in our lives. Currently, our boys are with Ms. Sharie, Ms. Champika, Ms. Gaby, Ms. Renee, and Ms. Isabelle who are all amazing!

I worked here as an Enrollment Coordinator, and a Director for 7.5 years! Beautiful relationships with staff, and families, great culture, constant growth, $0 co-pay health insurance, and Dream Summits were the highlights of my time here. Christy Black took a chance on me. I gained invaluable knowledge, and experience. During our biannual Care Sessions we talked about our personal and professional dreams and goals amongst other things, and our Executive team compiles that information into a Dream Summit. They brings vendors to educate us on those topics to help us reach our dreams/goals. I was able to buy my first home right before the birth of my first son that was a huge goal for me. This made helped me make it possible in under a year. I got to speak with credit unions banks, real estate agents, college, advisors, and an organization for life, planning retirement/ death. I bought my new car after the purchase of my home instead of using my bank of 16 years I ended up with a credit union that gave me interest rate half of what I would’ve paid with my own bank.

All great things must come to an end, so even though I am no longer with this company, I will always be biased for any Black Pack owned Primrose Schools for these reasons. There are so many unsung heroes in this operation. I am grateful for the families, teachers, leaders, execs and the the best maintenance team in the world for everything, we learned along the way, making our lives better in so many ways. I am truly going to miss all of those little squishy faces the most. If you get the opportunity to join this, Primrose family in any way, do not let it pass you by!

After reading numerous reviews on both Facebook and Google, I'm excited to share my heartfelt experience with the infant room at the Primrose School of West Lake Hills. As a new mom to a 3-month-old baby girl, finding the right childcare facility was an emotional and significant decision for me.

Our choice to entrust our daughter to this school was solidified during our initial tour. The outstanding individuals who won our trust are Ms. Sharie, Ms. Gabriella, and Ms. Champika. Their dedication and genuine care for the children were immediately evident.

Every day during drop-off and pick-up, Ms. Sharie, Ms. Gabriella, and Ms. Champika welcomed me with warm smiles and took the time to share the intricate details of my daughter's daily experiences. Even on those days when my little one had her share of challenges, they never hesitated to offer me reassurance. As a new mom, the separation anxiety can be overwhelming, but the team at Primrose School of West Lake Hills has a remarkable way of putting parents' minds at ease.

One of the standout qualities of this facility is Ms. Sharie, Ms. Gabriella, and Ms. Champika's attentive response to the needs of the infants under their care. Crying babies are comforted and attended to promptly, creating a nurturing and reassuring atmosphere for all. Furthermore, they consistently keep me well-informed about any concerns or the need to replenish supplies. Most importantly, it's evident that the infants are genuinely content and happy in this environment. While the occasional infant meltdown is inevitable, the staff handles these situations with professionalism and a perpetual smile.

My daughter has been with Primrose West Lake since she was three months old. Her teachers are AMAZING - Ms. Sharie, Ms. Champika, Ms. Bahara, and Ms. Gabriella have always been so warm, caring, and helpful. It seems they truly love our daughter, and we are so grateful for them! The school communicates exceptionally well and always provides a safe, clean, fun environment for the children.

Ms. Christina & Mr. Juaquin are the best our 14 mo old is so happy to go to school every morning and is learning so much! Within a few months she is already using sign language, saying words and recognizing songs.

Primrose has been our kiddo's home away from home for about 4 1/2 years (off to kinder we go) and we are going to miss this place. Such caring teachers and staff. Our son has loved going here and has made some amazing friends and so many wonderful memories. Highly recommend!
