Princi Italia - Plano reviews
18Omelette was good, but should have contained lobster and it did not. It seems crawfish was substituted
Food quantity is too less. It is just 4 spoons. And also taste is really bad. Service is worst.
I booked for 14 people on my husband's birthday, they had only 2 servers for entire restaurant and service and food was horrible. Even after making 3 calls that day they didnot keep the table ready. They didnot cut the cake and serve.my guests had to cut the cake. Didnot serve water second time. Basically fully ignored my guests and table. And then added gratuity for the large group. This is an acceptable. Whoever is the owner or manager must talk to the staff yesterday. Above all.when I ordered bottles of wine, they brought already open bottles
When I said we r a large group and why isn't anyone attending his excuse was I have only 2 servers lol.
Showed up for a blind tryout at happy hour before catching a movie at the nearby theater. Let’s say first that the cocktails were divine and the prices were reasonable. Then we tried four different appetizers, all at happy hour prices. After studying the menu, I know we’ll be back for the full dinner experience. And our lovely server Audrey made the evening a delight!
My husband and I usually love it here but we had a reservation and were seated promptly. However, we didn't receive any help for 15 minutes. Another couple shows up with their dog and were helped within a minute of seating. Their dog got water before we did! The waitress didn't look at us at all so we left and got a table at Mi Dia instead. Hopefully y'all have better luck than us.
We had a friend birthday dinner and everything was amazing! Great food and exceptional service from Audrey. We’ll definitely come back
Very much enjoyed my time at Princi, the food was exceptional, service better than expected and overall ambiance meant for an enjoyable evening
Great Italian restaurant to enjoy a weekend date night or family dinner. The food is always good. We love how they are generous with the portions and it always comes out smelling delicious. Bolognese sauce is on point and not heavy on the salt as most restaurants serves it. They offer a good selection of wines to pair with your food so do get yourself a glass. Pasta cooked perfectly and every dish we had so far flavored really good.
The staff was polite, but the food was bland. For the price of the halibut, I would expect some flavor. Our table ordered many different dishes. Everyone seemed to enjoy the paste. Maybe stick to the pizza and pasta. My suggestion is to avoid the halibut. Atmosphere is nice and again, the staff is lovely.
Very disappointed in the food. Was very salty and not impressed overall. Staff was not accommodating.
Overpiced lowquality wines and lots of fruit flies by the bar.not going back.
PS: not to say stomach ache for both of us shortly afterwards
Great meal and service. Loved the tortellini fonduta appetizer dipped with the garlic flatbread.yummy. The orecchietta is my husband's favorite. The pan seared scallops were perfectly done.
Great food. Lunch was slow. Not a lot of parking but food is worth the walk. Service was ok.
If I could give zero stars I would, I was excited about eating here due to its high ratings but I regretted it less than 20 minutes in. The waiter wasn’t attentive and didn’t refill drinks until once at the very end even though they were empty throughout the entire meal. The calamari was severely over-salted and we had to send it back after spending 10 minutes trying to flag him down. The salmon was cooked way too quickly at too high of a temperature. The outside was only a little undercooked but the inside was COMPLETELY raw. It was so appalling that I wasn’t able to eat the rest of my meal because I felt sick to my stomach. When we finally got the check we had to have them redo it because they didn’t take off the calamari that we sent back.
Unfortunately food wasn’t up to par
Good attempt for Mother’s Day menu
50$ 3 course meal
Execution was bad, food was missing flavors and some arrived cold
Friendly service
Great cocktails
I expected so much for my first takeout order here, but the pizza I ordered (MLP) was so salty I had to stop before I finished the second slice. I tested all of the meats to see if anything individual was the cause, and none of them were. Whatever the reason, it was a big disappointment.
Great drinks, food was okay. Flavor is very authentic Italian. Drinks were definitely the highlight of the place imo.
Our family of 4 enjoyed the Authentic Italian food. The waitress was very informative and friendly. They have a huge wine selection.
