I was in Corpus for work and had a screw in one of my tires. They had the tire in-stock and got it changed out in about an hour.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. Took my running 3 series in to get 2 recalls done and I waited around for 3 days. Then when they called me to come get my car they had blown the FCM and so my car had no turn signals and the windows wouldn’t roll up. They explained that they could look into it for $179… I live 2 hours away and had to drive home with no turn signals

It was Amazing dealing with Sarah I was under the gun with limited time. She worked her butt off for me to get the best price for my trade and help me get out of a bad deal, and into an amazing Range Rover. Thanks Sarah I’ll be sending Junior to you shortly so you can find him his upgrade as well.

I bought a used Grand Jeep Cherokee but unfortunately it didn’t work out, it broke down and BMW had it towed back to their dealership and Daniel with BMW helped me out got me into another vehicle that was more reliable and helped me out with the price and less money down. Inquired about a used car, and the true condition of the exterior was much worse than explained or shown in pictures or videos, which was done by sending a video of the car immediately after washing it so the paint would look better than it is. Made a 4 hour trip just to be disappointed. Salesman was also in a mood the entire time he was with me. I hope this was just a one time thing for them.

Hello. Mr. Vera, the salesperson, Mr. McFarien, the financial manager were prompt and were very knowledgeable of the BMW cars (all of them). They knew all in’s and out of each car model.
Also, they weee available anytime of the day. They meet us on the day off to assist us in choosing our car.

I was not too impressed with this service. Usually they do a good job but not so much this time. Took the vehicle in on Thursday was to pick up on Friday (oil change & seal oil pan gasket). Friday, car wasn’t ready but would be ready on Saturday. Never received a call Sat. I didn’t receive a call Monday to pickup until I called close to closing time. Finally received a call to pick up on Tuesday.
