I and my children have been going here since 1994 and every time everyone has been very nice and helpful, and Dr. Vivian is amazing! I do highly recommend it.

Front staff are very lazy please don’t call because you will hear please hold ever time and Fridays I just realized that they must not like to work because it could only be 10 am and they say they’re booked for the day I hope little nice Vivian will get Rid of them and hire new staff because they are not for her or sick people!

In that clinic they never want to attend to you, they never have appointments and the lady who answers the phone is not professional at all, her name is MAYA. Please don't let her attend to them.

Not sure why this place has such bad reviews, I went for the first time today and everyone from the front desk to the nurse to the doctor was so nice and helpful the whole time. If you’re looking for somewhere to go I would recommend this place.

IF I COULD LEAVE 0 STARS I WOULD. Receptionist are VERY RUDE, I don’t understand why they’re still working there. The doctors are great, but again, the receptionist and MA’a have an unfriendly face and attitude. I will be switching my daughters PCP just because of the receptionist on the LEFT, SHES CHECKOUT. Someone fire her ASAP. Vivian will loose many patients thanks to her. ALSO; she does not give lab results correctly.

I saw only 1 star or 5 stars in other reviews so I was nervous going in! The front staff were polite and helpful, my appointment was on time, Dr. Vivian was so kind to me since I hadn't had a well woman visit in a very long time and was a bit scared. I will be happy to go back. The outside of the building is bland but the people are great!

The worst place ever. I come here to see Vivian Moore and they stuck me with some other doctor who is unfamiliar with my condition and refuses to assist me

If I can put no stars I would but this place was my kid’s doctor 12 years. I knew I could count on them and Vivian was the best and their nurse practitioners are good and knowledgeable. I had to make a decision and switch doctors because the front desk ladies were unprofessional. On the phone they were rude and in person. I understand they changed policies and don’t do walk ins like they use to do because of COVID happening. It’s no what you do it’s how you do it. They make you feel like you are bothering them. From a patient’s prospective this is just crazy.

I have been coming here since I was little. The reception ladies are always super rude and in a bad mood. Not helpful at all when asked questions. The nurse practitioners and nurses have always been so kind though, they’re the only reason I’m giving them 2 stars instead of 1.

Worst staff ever, My kids always came here I never had issues here till now. I came in and this one receptionist name, Iris wants to be very rude this is not the first time. This has happened Please change staff or you will continue to loose business. I love Viviana Menchaca she has always been a great doctor that’s why I come here, but sadly the hospitality is very bad.
