My wife is trying to contact them from past 6 months to pay the bill but no one is answering. They send the random bills and now sent the bills to debt collectors. We are willing to pay but they are not answering any call

THIRTEEN attempts in the last 3 weeks to contact them about an important time sensitive matter and no answer, no returned messages and now mailbox is full and can't even leave a message. Amateur hour at Prism Dermatology!

I have been coming to this office for almost 2 years and I have always had a great experience no complaints. Recently I have been trying to contact the office to refill my medication the phone will ring give me the options and I select the option takes me to voicemail and it says that I can’t leave a message!? How am I supposed to get in touch with y’all!?

I have been trying to get in contact with someone at this office for over 2 months. My daughter has a skin condition and has a prescription for it. I was notified by the pharmacy they recommended, SandsRX, that they could no longer fill the prescription. I have been tried numerous times over the past few months to contact them. I have messaged in the portal and left voicemails and no one is responding to me. When you call no one answers. It just keeps ringing. Thanks for leaving us high and dry. I don't know what kind of medical facility just stops responding to their patients. Now I have to start the process all over with a different dermatologist to get my daughter what she needs. Do better.

My experience at the office visit was good. I had a spot on my leg removed for biopsy, after a week and I hadn’t been called for results of the biopsy, I called the office during business hours and asked for a called back, since then I have called 3 more times, one time a week, and I have still not received a call back. I just want to know if I have cancer or not. I would never recommend Prism.

I really wanted this to workout. At the beginning I came very desperate and was hoping this place would help as my pcp told me that I needed to go see a dermatologist. I read the reviews before coming in I came in hopeful. Nothing has been resolved since I started coming here it has gotten worse. I understand that issues need to be taken slowly before we get to the root of the problem. The world is getting really expensive for me to be giving my money and nothing be resolved. I had to go to another specialist and they even said that what I was diagnosed is not correct and were very baffled on why this clinic did not just tell me that I needed to go somewhere else for help. I came in to the specialist office in so much pain and when they saw my skin they were very shocked. As well as I read some new reviews here that I did not really realized until now, is that it does seem that they are more focused on cosmetic. The nurses as well took their time to send my medication to my pharmacy I had to call multiple times just to get my medications. Everyone there is really nice just wished things were differently.

First time going to Prism Dermatology and left very satisfied. I worked with Dr. Bosley and his nurse who both made me feel very well taken care of and took the time to answer all my questions as well as explain the treatment being prescribed.
I would definitely recommend this practice to friends and family.

Excellent office staff led by Dr. Bosley. His clinical skills and patient rapport are top notch. Highly recommend!

First visit went very well. First impression as I walked in was not the best. Young woman behind the desk appeared miserable, very mechanical, not a good first face for greeting patients. The waiting area is clean and beautiful but clearly focused on cosmetic skin concerns, not much to indicate that medical issues get equal focus. The nurse Daria was a joyful lovely young woman, eased my concerns immediately. Dr. Bosley is a gentle soft-spoken man, humble kind and one who seems to genuinely hear your concerns.

A very welcoming staff and Dr Bosley is clear and concise concerning procedures and treatment.
