I have been going to see Dotty at Prismatic for a few years now. I always have a great experience as she always understands what I’m wanting to do with my hair. I have also taken my daughter for haircuts and we have never been disappointed!

My wife went in for a balayage. The stylist who worked on her hair, Victoria, was rushed and did a lousy job on her hair. When I called asking for a refund I was directed to file a claim with our bank. $240 was spent for my wife to have her hair butchered and lousy customer service.

I love this salon. Michelle fixed my bad pixie cut.came back and she remembered what we had done. Loved new ideas. Great service. Next idea will go to a color since I can trust. Thank you

Good Lord…I don’t know how skillful any of these people are because I missed my appointment after being called into work last minute. And I was charged $240 I called and also texted to apologize and let my stylist know and she was nice enough but DAMN, $240 for no service is
W I L D. Be warned.

Unfortunately my stylist Victoria canceled on me the day of my appointment. I understand that things happen, however to be notified the morning of is extremely unprofessional.

Luckily I was able to be seen by Shania! She did a fantastic job on my hair and i will definitely be coming back to see her again!

Location is great, took my mother in law to get her hair done. They have been taking care of her hair for years! Fast and lovely

CeCe is the go to person when getting your hair done, I can’t speak highly enough of her. She is the definition of perfection when it comes to haircutting and coloring. I’ve been getting compliments daily as a result of her work

I recently moved to the area and scheduled an appointment with Victoria for a simple cut. I got there 5-10 minutes before my appointment and was greeted by another stylist who told me to have a seat and Victoria would be with me shortly. I waited for over 30 minutes past my appointment time and was not checked on once or told what was going on by Victoria. I would have walked out if I didn’t need my hair cut so badly. Once she was finished with the previous client she proceeded to tell me that she had been behind since her FIRST appointment that morning. I totally understand things not going as planned, but to not call before I got there or even check in on me in the waiting area to let me know what was going on is completely disrespectful of my time. Everything from there on out was rushed because I had to be somewhere and it was an overall poor experience. The rest of the stylists at the salon seem to have good relationships with their clients from what I observed in the 30 minutes I sat there, but I can’t say my experience was the same.

Christen done an excellent job with coloring my hair. I had previously had my hair done by someone else and it was not anything like I wanted. Christen turned it into something I love. I would highly recommend this Salon.

I fully enjoyed my experience. Cece was very welcoming and had a great energy and left my hair looking great and myself feeling fantastic! I'll absolutely be back.

I have been going to Michele four 9 years, she does an excellent haircut. The shop in clean and sanitized regularly, including in between clients. Everyone has been wearing masks. All current safety measures are being met.
