I have never even considered getting my carpets cleaned professionally. My MIL suggested it since we are expecting a new baby and have had toddler and puppy accidents. It's only been 3 years since we got here, and it's amazing how disgusting carpets can get. Jeffrey came in, was super professional, quick and friendly. He even did some extra services that were not originally scheduled. Saw everything, sized it up, gave me a quote and went above and beyond! Just make sure you allot enough time for the carpet to dry. I had no idea it can take several hours for the carpet to dry, which makes sense. Just a little tip, if you've never done this before! TOTALLY worth it though! If it's been more than a couple years since you've had your carpets cleaned, I HIGHLY recommend Pristine to come in and professionally take care of this for you.
