For booking appointment waiting time is more, not given actual information to put on hold for call. Receptionist is bad.
Dr. Patel is such a sweet and genuine doctor. She has shown so much compassion and empathy towards me since I became her patient and she takes the time to listen to every question I have. She doesn't ever seem to be in a rush when she steps into that room for my visit. Her office staff is also very kind and friendly. They always reply back to my messages and calls in a timely manner. I really appreciate Dr. Patel and her team.
Even One star is waste for this clinic, Aa part of regular checkup, doctor is not having the doppler device that day to check the baby heart beat, she suggested us to go for Ultra sound room to check the same. They checked the same and billed to us just for heart beat checkup (ultra sound bill). We try talking to them but no use, Clinic team is not at all helpful. They don't even understand our problem. Billing & Front desk team also not helpfull. We ended up paying Ultra sound bill just for heartbeat checkup.
