Reid is a great guy and feel like he has good intentions, however it took six months to get my boat back with five new issues to include two that his mechanic caused and three that I would have paid him a great deal to diagnose but after bringing my boat back to him 4 times after it stalled each time in the no wake zone, I decided I had more than enough. I spent $4,500 on a new gas tank that took twice to replace as the first one was punctured by his mechanics not installing the first time and the second time they didn’t install the fuel sender correctly as water is getting into the tank as they didn’t install the screws correctly and then installed a radiator hose instead of a marine grade B1 fuel line. The upgraded flooring is a mess and even after he corrected is coming up. I had stressed when I brought my boat to him in March that I was going on vacation in June and he advised I would have it back in plenty of time, that didn’t happen and had to call numerous times and show up to the shop unannounced and he didn’t even know who I was. I really hope he gets the mechanics he needs to make his business a success, but treating someone like this is not right when I would have paid him double to get it right before a very planned out vacation that revolved around having my boat to bring with us. You say you warranty all your work, but how long would that take when you always advised me that it would be lake tested and never even moved from your lot. I called you three times last week, no answer and even sent you the attached photos from the mechanics that I took it too the moment I left your facility. I wish your team the best of luck and again hope you find some great mechanics to support your business. I did nothing except have patience and paid my deposit and balances on time without question. Customer service and honest communication is everything in running any business.

My 2022 Yamaha 255xd's trailer was not set up correctly. My dealership, Texas Marine, either played dumb or were incompetent and could not sort the issue out. Pro Marine quickly diagnosed the problem and corrected the issue so we could get back on the water. Thanks again guys!

Reid and his team, wait, what seemed like a team actually turned into a one man pony show, are the place to go if you want to be lied to, endlessly put off and finally just ignored. I took my boat in because of an overheating issue back in March and Reid put thermostats in it. When July rolls around the problem was still occurring so I took it back and was told he would look at it and have me back on the water in a few days. Well, I was told numerous times over the next five weeks that "i am about to put my laptop on it and pull the codes" and get right back with me. My boat is a 2004 model and does not have a computer in it to pull codes from. Every few days it was another excuse and another promise of "I'm about to get right on it". It became obvious then that he didnt know what he was doing. Then comes a myriad of excuses finally saying he can't duplicate the problem and to come and get it and we will meet at the lake to run it and try and fix it there. Now he doesnt pick up my calls and have left numerous messages trying to set a date to meet and get no return calls. After calling from different phone numbers and having him answer it was obvious he is avoiding me. I am a small business owner and I would never ever treat a customer like he does. I suppose I probably would have been treated differently had this not been a warranty job. So beware unless you want a steady stream of excuses and lies!

I’ve been using Pro Marine for all my watercraft’s a few years now and I’m never disappointed. They did an outstanding job detailing my 2010 NauticStar and annual spring maintenance on my Yamaha 150 just in time for summer. Thanks again Pro Marine!

Wouldn’t recommended this place to anyone. My boat was given back to me without being touched and there is zero communication from the owner.

Great service. He kept it for a few days, looked over everything and fixed what was wrong. Billed what was quoted. Very trustworthy. Would definitely do business again.

WORST service. Mechanic didn’t fix over half of what was included in the invoice. Zero communication. This guy is a fraud.

Hours are not accurate. Drove 40 minutes just for them to be closed and no one to answer the phones. Three other people were here trying to get updates on their own boats that they were supposed to be working on. Wouldn’t recommend
