Pro Max Power Sports reviews
6I've been dealing with Langston for years. Very honest and does great work!
Kenneth was very helpful and knowledgeable. Owner is also very helpful. The store very clean and quality product.
Great people my dad and I have bought many atvs and dirt bikes from them and we haven't had a single problem
I highly recommend that you DONT ever do business with pro max. Took my 4 wheeler in for repair in December and took 4 months to get the needed part to make it run. I understand this, due to covid. But when they called and said it was ready, I showed up and when they loaded my 4 wheeler, I mentioned a missing side panel. The guys immediate response was to lie to me and try to avoid any responsibility. Saying the panel wasn’t on when I left the 4 wheeler. First, the guy I was talking to, was not the guy I left it with, he didn’t see it when I left it. When I noticed that BOTH side panels were gone, then I got, “well, I’ll look around in the shop to see if I can find them. ” They weren’t found, and I was told they would order the parts to replace them. More than 3 months later, I’ve heard nothing. I doubt they ordered or will order the parts. (I was told the parts had not been ordered but would be, when I checked back a couple of weeks later). I got the 4 wheeler home and it did not run properly, it was way slower than before I left it. (I was told they did a tune up). After being used 3 or 4 times, their repair was leaking oil and smoking. One forward gear was unavailable, I asked that the transmission linkage be adjusted properly, I was told that it was. It was not. I took the 4 wheeler to another shop to fix the “repairs” pro max said they did. The second shop redid the carb boot replacement properly, cleaned and adjusted the carburetor and transmission linkage and replaced the spark plug. The showed me the old one, and it apparently was not part of pro max tune up process. I now have all gears, the thing runs like a top, doesn’t smoke, and has the speed back it had before going to pro max. They did a really poor, I hate to say “repair” job in my opinion, lost parts, and lied to me. There’s no second chances after that.
Good honest place that's always been helpful. So long as you know what you're needing and ask for it they can help you.
Extremely poor service! Left my ranger to be worked on and 3 weeks later they never touched it. Kept saying by the end of next week then I told him I was coming to pick it up and the guy seemed happy for the first time. He even called me back to ask when I was coming to get it so he could have it ready to go. I won’t be back
