Service was excellent I had a full set my daughter had her nails painted, I also ended up having single lashes put on and they are beautifully. I will definitely be back!

Thank you to Tiffany, Diana, and Helen as they were all so sweet and welcoming. I recommend everyone to come to this shop as they are very friendly and do a great job on your nails. They take their time and make sure the customers are taken care of and leave happy!

Very friendly staff. I bruised my freshly painted toenails on my way out and the staff was very happy to redo it for me at no extra cost. Very clean and relaxing atmosphere. I will make this my regular nail spa from now on.

I have been coming to this location for the past five months now I’ve done the same pedicure, regular polish, no shellac or gel. I am done the same refill sending out for design. Every single time I go they try to charge me extra to remove the polish claiming it’s gel, and then try to undermined me say I don’t know what I’m talking about. I went in today to get a pedicure and a refill and a design I pay the same amount every single time and the lady does the same song and dance and says she has to charge me extra to remove the polish so I said you know what I do not want my pedicure done I’m not gonna keep paying for this. I told her I want my nails just to be refilled and a design $70 every single time I pay. Not a problem she proceeds to file my nails and then stops and then start going over pricey trying to insinuate that I can’t afford it. I kept telling her that’s OK. I know what I’m getting myself into. Please proceed. She ask me Do I wanna go to move forward with the process 5x in the span of 3mins I told her yes about five times. She asked me again. I tell her. Yes please continue. I’m on a time crunch, same design, same refill. I’m OK with the price. That’s not a problem. As she starts up again on my nail. She asked me again is the price OK, I got up with my nails half done feet half done and left. I have never experienced service like this in my entire life. The lady was extremely disrespectful if she did not want to do my nails she should’ve just said so I asked if there was another person to do my nails she told me no she was the only one I will never ever come back to this location again as long as I live. I have sent multiple people to this location to experience the same service that I got, and I can’t believe that this is the service they’re giving out. Never again on my life.

The guy does a good job.but service is mediocre and price is ridiculous.they tried to charge 30$ just to polish my kids nails.

This has been my nail shop ever since it opened in 2017. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. Lynn and her techs always take good care of me.

Recently, I have had Lynn do some nail designs for me. I come in with an idea and she executes it perfectly.

The shop is clean and spacious. I definitely recommend Pro Nails!

Very beautiful nails. Emily really knows her work. This is my second time with her and she never disappoints. This set cost $70 without tax. Absolute 100%. Would definitely recommend.

It was me and my SIL first time here. The gentleman at the front was very sweet when checking us in. Lynn was our tech and she did a GREAT job with our nails! Very gentle with the electric file and was very conscientious about how we wanted our nail shapes. They were a little short-handed today and it got pretty busy but everyone there handled the rush well and did not make us feel rushed or anything and made sure we liked our nails.
10/10 definitely recommend!:)
