Pro PDR - Auto Hail/Dent Repair, Houston TX

I reached out to Pro PDR and Zack helped me with my car. When I texted him with the picture, he was honest and said it may not be recovered 100% because the dent was deep, and the paint might chip. I was okay with it and Zack came to fix the dent. It was easy to make appointments, he came on-time, and he reached out to me a few hours prior as a reminder. It was easy to communicate with him and his quote was more than reasonable. The outcome is so much better than I expected - some places have told me I might have to replace the entire door. I hope I don't get any dents anymore, but if I do, I will call Zack again.

This insured provider is one of maybe five or six in Texas that knows the art of PDR. Ironically, they might not know this fact. There maybe more folks providing services but, they may not have autonomy to take on nearly impossible dents and correct them perfectly. Not only great providers but great people. If you live in Houston you’ll need these folks in your phone!

Had the pleasure of working with Zack. Communication was great & was able to squeeze me in on a Saturday for my 2019 Raptor. His experience shows, he had my truck in and out in less than an hour and his work is flawless. 10/10 highly recommend.
