It has been over a week since my trash has been picked up I have made several calls to the main office no response
Blanca has been a very valuable source of help for me. She is very kind and is on her job. I appreciate the help! She made sure I got taken care of. I met the driver and he was very nice and listened to what I had to say! Overall I am very pleased with Pro Star, and would recommend them to anyone. Thanks Pro Star Waste!
I forgot to put my can out on Friday and we only get pick up once a week I called customer service before he left the neighborhood and he came back to pick it up! Thank you!
This company is ridiculous, they put in my dumpster without doing a proper inspection of where, or if they could put one. Then made me buy another culvert so that they could get in my driveway, and they don't even use it they have destroyed my first culvert, I would not recommend this company unless you are a business with a large parking lot so they can turn around
ProStar waste has been great. There was a little miscommunication the first pickup day, but it was quickly remedied and has been great since.
I have called and lmtc on vm 3 times to get new service started and nobody has bothered to call back. Not good customer service at all.
I tried to cancel my service with Pro Star Waste. I was told I had to give them 90 days notice. My contract is for DEC, JAN FEB.
This is first week of Dec, They have picked up once. So I have to pay $115.24 for them NOT to pick up my trash. If you use this company you better read the fine print or use someone else.
We are currently using Pro Star Waste for our trash services. They by far have the best customer service and pricing in our area! They are readily available whenever you are needing to get in touch with them. We worked with Casey Valderez and she is fantastic! 100/10 recommend!
