Pro-Techs Computer and Cell Phone Repair, Watauga TX

Walked in around four pm to have my phone screen replaced (iPhone 7plus) and they said they’d have it done in an hour and they did. It’s been functioning great. Paid less than I was expecting, too!

Went in to fix a broken screen on a galaxy A21, a 200 dollar phone. They charged me 110 dollars to replace screen. Phone was working perfectly fine before bringing in, I was just tired of a broken screen. The moment I picked up phone the mobile network was not working, my calls were dropping, all very frustrating. I tried to fix the problem through my mobile service provider. Went into Metro by TMobile store multiple times to fix network and they couldn't fix it. This persisted for a week. During that week I was in contact with CPR, 377 location, I spoke to Marcus frequently. I kept them in the loop and even let them take the phone apart a second time to diagnose it. He said it was working perfectly fine. My guess is because the store is conveniently right next to metro. I went in to try to get a refund, I waited in line for over an hour while Marcus dealt with one customer before me, 7 more people got in line behind me. After the longest wiat time I have ever had, I only asked for a refund on labor not the screen itself. Marcus told me to call Bill the owner. Right after seeing Marcus I went to Metro right next door and bought a new phone because at this point it was affecting my business. I take the new phone home and network is working flawlessly. I called Bill this morning to explain my situation and try to get a refund on labor. He told me they don't do refunds and when I mentioned I would write a bad review about their terrible service, he got very offended and hung up on me. Long story short, save yourself the hassle and your money. There are better businesses in the DFW. Definitely would NOT recommend.

Marcus was great! He changed my battery in the amount of time quoted and price was good. I had a good first experience and will continue to take my electronics/phones to them for repair! I recommend!

Black-screened iphone, brought to CPR and had screen replacement and protector added in less than an hour. Marcus was great to work with.

The employees were extremely nice and very personable. They had my screen protector in stock which was awesome. I called 4 other stores that didn't have it so this was a major plus. The guy who helped me what very careful and took good care of my phone as if it were his own.

Great Service

This is the second time I have used Pro-Techs and Marcus and the rest of the techs provide nothing less than world class customer service at a very reasonable price.

They upgraded my PC within hours and I was ready to pick up my system. No up sale or unnecessary services, just straightforward and reliable repairs.

I can not recommend them any more highly. If you have a computer, phone or system related problem; your first choice should be the techs at Pro-tech in Watauga.

Got the screen on my Lg Stylo 3 replaced. Marcus had EXCEPTIONAL customer service both when I called on the phone to ask if the parts were available and when I walked in the store. He even remembered me! He got the screen replaced in an hour and was great at making sure that we both made sure that the phone was in the best working condition. He then answered a few questions about a pc issue that I am having and I will most likely be taking it to them to get fixed. All in all, great experience!

Kind staff. Identified the problem. Fixed the problem. Semi-Fast service. A little pricey, but the service is high quality, so it’s worth the money.

Fast service and they did a great job fixing my spiderwebbed screen on my iPhone 7. Cheaper than when I had my screen replaced at batteries plus.

I needed three things repaired on my iPhone and pro-techs was by far lower than anyone else. They worked with me on on price since I was getting everything repaired. I would recommend them to everyone.

Thorough and fast service. I had a great experience at Pro-Techs getting my iPhone 7plus screen replaced after it shattered. Marcus was very helpful. He repaired my phone within an hour. While replacing my phone screen, he also repaired loose screws requiring tightening for the vibration function. Very pleased my phone is fully functional again. I will definitely return for services in the future.

Good place may not seem from the outside but it is.
Free diagnostic and pretty good service. The prices are pretty good as they fixed my laptop which for some reason disinstalled everything and I mean everything even its system and it was only for 99 bucks.

Pro techs is awesome! Bill helped me with my first laptop, and hes done all the work and upkeep on mine and my elderly mothers computers. He never over charges, stands behind their work and sincerly knows his stuff. Plus hes kind, which i truely appreciate. I would def refer anyone to protechs!

Marcus was very good. I showed up 10 minutes to close and he was kind enough to diagnose the problem and repair the phone on the spot. Very knowledgeable and straight shooter. Will be back.

I can’t say enough great things about this place! Marcus is who I have had the pleasure of working with every time I go in. He has fixed my laptop screen and my daughters cell phone twice now and he does great work, the experiences have always been positive. He remembered my name from the very first time I went in and even remembers my kids too. I highly recommend this place!

Dropped my phone at work, HAD to get fixed quick. Called up Marcus and he had me in and out in 30 mins.like a brand new phone. Highly recommend for the great service, workmanship, and price. Will recommend to all the folks I know!
