7I was soooo nervous. Today was my first time here and my new Permanent place for getting my eyebrows done. It's clean, organized, and good customer service. Susey was awesome and definitely skilled. She took her time, explained everything, and my eyebrows look the best ever even though mine grow differently. Thank you Susey!
Great customer service, today was my first time going here and i was acknowledged right away.she asked me what exactly I wanted. She gave me very good suggestions on what shape to do for my eyebrows so they can match. I also got a Brazilian wax done which was great. She asked me if I was feeling okay throughout the whole session. Please give this place a shot!
I did a facial and a nose wax and had an amazing experience. They treated me with care and helped me look fresh and clean. Love the service.
The woman who did my brows was very polite and was engaging conversation which I absolutely love! Very nice people here! Amazing work as well I got my eyebrows thread and they look great will definitely be back
Waited over 40 minutes because the lady was in the back with another client. Never came out to work people through or to greet. Just stayed back there. Saw as 4 customers came, waited and left. I had to leave to after I saw no effort in her coming out. The services are great but the wait is absolutely the worst!
Their wait time is really bad, they only have one person, they get the next person until they are done. That means if someone comes in and does lashes you have to wait until they are done, to just get your eyebrows threaded. Horrible. Almost spent an hour just waiting.
Sanju is the best! She did a lash lift and a microdermabrasion along with a facial I can’t remember what the facial was called. But she did a great job! She made me feel comfortable answered all my questions. Made sure I was happy with my results. Even recommended products. My skin and lashes look so good! I love it! I will definitely be a returning customer and will have all friends and family members go to her. She is so knowledgeable.
