Procter Automotive, Abilene TX

Had to have my car towed to Procter after it stalled out in the middle of morning rush hour. Jimmy stated it could be 3-days before they could even look at it. But I got a call the following day to say they were able to look at it the afternoon before. By lunch that same day, my car was back in my possession. Wasn’t near as expensive as I thought it might be. I definitely recommend Procter.

They put my shift know on backwards and wanted to turn my Vehicle speed sensor system back to stock even though I told them there was a different tranmission in my car. The wires were pinched and they didn't even offer to fix it

I've had nothing but good experiences with Procter thus far. They've taken real good care of me and my 2011 Mini Cooper. They are priced high in my view, but you really do get what you pay for, and that cost is worth every penny. If you need your car taken care of, Procter is the way to go!

They do a great job on my 2006 BMW 750i. They are honest about prices and time it takes to repair. I trust them!

They received my insurance check. My car was never service correctly. It took forever to get my car back. And that jay person was rude. My tire was flat car wouldn't even start. Parts missing. They put a black bumper on my car never painted it. I wouldn't recommend this place ever!

The car needed an oil change. All inspections were made and the car runs great. Procter's keep my car like new!

It is always great knowing that you’re dealing with trusted professionals. A legacy business. This is certainly a rare occurrence these days. I appreciate their dedication and commitment to do what is in the best interest of their customers.

Procter does quality work, they replaced my clutch with no further issues in a timely manner, however I suggest you know the price of parts you are looking to replace and negotiate with them, otherwise they may just try to charge you 750 dollars for a normally 150-200 dollar flywheel if it weren’t for that they would get 5 stars

After several attempts by other repair shops to solve a variety of unknown challenges with a barn-find car, I took the car to Procter. They were able to get me in quickly, accurately diagnose and determine a path of action, and within days had me back on the road and running better than ever. Communication was excellent - and appreciated. The value I received for the work completed was more than fair. I’m a believer and a grateful customer!

It was a really messed up deal. On the phone they told me to bring my truck in and get it diginosed then. When I drove all the way there from Clyde they told me they couldn't and to bring it back two days later.
