Greg Reyes came out today to look at my garage door. He was able to make the repairs while there and was extremely courteous and helpful. Previously, I was told the garage door would have to be replaced, but the repairs Greg made have it working perfectly and it is much more quiet than it had ever been previously. I highly recommend this company!

We have had them service our garage 3 times in the 2 years we’ve been here. Broken side rail, then broken middle track, and recently broken spring! Each time they have adhered to their schedule, and provided exceptional service. In fact, twice they didn’t have the correct parts (we have a very Heavy custom wooden garage door) ; so they inspected, ordered the correct replacement, and were back in a day or two. Juan and Julian were here recently, but the other times we had equally great team members take care of us!

The service technician was very prompt and adept at identifying the issue with our garage door not working properly. We now have a properly functioning garage door.

I worked with Thomas Irons and he was great. I live in a townhouse and needed to resurface the rooftop deck. I never considered a garage company to do this work until I saw the work they did for my neighbor. It looks great, it’s waterproof, and the cost was about $5000 less than my competing quote. It was a no brainer. I would absolutely recommend.

Great experience with Professional Garage Concepts. Juan came out same day and had all the parts in the car so he could take care of everything right away. He was able to diagnose the problem right away. I needed a sensor, rollers and a new remote and he took care of everything very quickly. Now the door works great. I am very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them.
