I have worked here 3 years. It is the perfect type of work for me. I like my coworkers and really like my supervisors and managers. There are rules that are easy to follow. I have seen people that are always disgruntled about rules, but I find them comforting. They help you excell. I enjoy being excellent.

I've worked at Promark's Sawdust location since 3/19. I ended up here because of medical issues that stop me from being able to stay on my feet more than 10 minutes or so at a time. I needed something where I could sit and that didn't expect me to have specialized training or previous experience. Promark has high turn-over because as long as you can read a script, they'll give you a chance to prove you're up for the job.

It's not for everyone, but it's a good job with a few caveats. Hours are at the mercy of Promark's customers - It's not full time and hours vary based on what time zones we're hired to poll and the number of projects we get hired to do. The scheduling is more flexible than my previous jobs (pick your day off, optional extra Sat shift often available).

The job can get tedious at times and you're limited in what you can do to keep yourself occupied while dialing for the obvious reason that they don't want you getting too distracted and unproductive.

Survey content is in the hands of the customers, not Promark, and sometimes they choose to get really biased, making my job less fun. Other times, it's written in ways that make it obvious that whoever writes this gurbage has never actually administered a survey. On the plus side, there's lots of hilarious stuff to mock with your fellow interviewers!

When I started, I remember swinging wildly between loving and hating the job, lol. A fidget spinner and a word search puzzle make things less maddening but I still hate days when I have bad luck getting surveys.

I've had some really amazing conversations with respondents. I love when we're laughing our way through the survey! This job really requires you to be able to distance yourself from your own political opinions. I've had very enjoyable surveys with people whose views are in direct opposition to mine. For the purposes of my job (as far as respondents are concerned) I have no political opinions whatsoever. If you can manage that, Promark might be for you!

What makes me truly love my job are the other employees at the Sawdust location. There's such a wide variety of people interviewing and everyone is SO nice. You know how there's always that one person at work that just rubs people the wrong way and is difficult to get along with? Sawdust doesn't have one! It's a very laid-back atmosphere and people are always willing to offer advice and help to newbies. The manager at Sawdust is hands-down the best boss I've ever had. Everything you could ask for in a boss. Both he and the supervisors give great constructive criticism and feedback - it's always very clear what is expected of you.

Great place to work, if your looking for a career that is rewarding this is your place. The incentive programs are extraordinary and the management makes each work day fulfilling. A low stress work environment.

Only been working for 3 days, but so far, so good! Love it so far. Will update as I go. This is really the easiest, most fun job I've ever had.

I got a call and I think it was a scam in my case to try to influence me to vote for Troy Balderson in the November election. The questions were loaded with negative statements about Danny O’Connor and positive statements about Balderson.

Incredibly incompetent with no regard of acknowledging their mistakes or trying to fix their mistake. I was a former employee who needed to have a verification of income sent in for healthcare. I was told once they filled out the paperwork they could not give it back to me, that they had to send it directly. Which is a task they NEVER did. Now because of there lack in ability to send a fax my case had been denied. When I called to get in touch with corporate they told me they were not allowed to give corporate HR number out. So not only am I not able to speak to someone to get to the bottom of why it was never sent, the lady I did speak flat pit hung up in my face and refused to answer calls afterward. That is incredibly unprofessional on so many levels. They failed to send a simple fax that I could have sent myself but that is against policy, they won't speak about the mistake, and when they canot handle a screw up they made they hang up on you and stop taking calls.

Have been receiving call all day from this place and each time I ask to please not call back and yet I am still getting calls. Went to their website to find the internal do not call list and it does not exist on the site.

Promark research is a push poll opinion company. They hire as many people as they can to get there agenda complete and then close shop, relocate and hire all new hires so not as many people can keep up with their intentions. And if you try to re apply they say youre not re hireable because they want to only employ people with as little knowlge of there scams.

Degenerate losers that can't get a real productive job. Harass people with fake "research" calls.

Job Fair June 20th, 2018 10am-3pm. This job is a gift! No sales, Interviews for research, outbound calling.easy sit down work. Three days training min wage, then $10 an hour. I have been here two years 5 months and I enjoy the research. Bring your can do attitude!

If you are looking for a place of employment, Don't seek employment here. Hours are not flexible, hours aren't guranteed (more of a second job), young African Americans are discriminated against, the spring company management is filled with people who are unprofessional and lack management skills, turnover rate is through the roof, breaks are not required to be given and are short (10-15mins), company expectations are different amongst the call centers interviewers, company doesn't care about the employees they just care to meet thier own goals on their own agendas, &, this is conditional employment. Interviewers face alot of verbal abuse. Customers are being harrassed day after day due to limited leads being provided. Promark does not care about public feed back from it's customers nor staff. In addition, Promark lacks to implement any ways to make the experience on both ends more satisfactory.

I find it VERY rude that your researchers call a young family's house at 9: 57pm. If you wanted REAL research, maybe you could choose to call people BEFORE everyone is in bed. I do NOT appreciate the late call and being woken up as if there was a family emergency. NO ONE calls my house after 830pm out of respect. Maybe your research company should try to do the same- find some respect!

I work for this company. Everyone who says we are a scam are completely ignorant. If you would simply not act like an ass we will put you on our do not call list. Or just do the damn survey. Im sure your time is not that precious We are simply looking for an opinion. Get over yourself.

I wish there was a way to leave a review with zero stars. This company is ridiculous, shouldn't be allowed to label themselves as research or corporation. Read the reviews, it's a scam. More like a campaign game. Don't waste your time answering their leading questions.

If I could give 0 stars, that is what I would give. Most disrespectful company out there. My family is in bed and they keep calling. All this guy said was, "it's my job" as if would have made a difference.

They called me a few times so I say hello and the person on the other end says hello. I ask who is this so the person on the other end hangs up. By hanging up when you purposely called me makes me think you are up to no good.

Three times in one evening, the latest after 9 p.m. I told the second caller to take me off their list. They want "confidential information" about me medical care. Not happening. One more call and I will go up the ladder and out them on Facebook.

Call my house after 930pm again and I will make it my life's work to figure out who all works there and randomly call each one of you while I'm on the road after midnight atleast once a week.
