If I could give it no stars I would I call the uvalde pronto and they always put me on hold for up too long up to 30 mins to an hour and then when I finally get someone from there they give attitude to you over the phone. I call several times to make sure someone will get me and still get placed on hold before I even have a chance to explain what
Im calling for. When I just want to make a payment? They need to change the people there honestly, with there attitudes. If there all having bad days all the time then leave. Some people like myself are just trying to make a simple payment and they dont want to take it but rather put me on a 30 mins to an hour hold? Wow. I rather call the main number on the bill instead of this local one I thought it would be faster when it's actually the other way around I pay with them in less then 2 mins and with the pronto in uvalde doesn't?
