Pronto Rides, Austin TX

It seems that when you call most rides. It takes about thirty (30) minutes just to set up your account, even with Pronto Rides. On a morning where you are late for work, and have forty (40) minutes to get across town. And it will take half an hour to create an account. Think ahead, and have a service ready and waiting for you ride request by creating your account before hand.

I needed to be at the airport at 5: 45am the Friday before Xmas. I thought I had an Uber booked and then turned out it was cancelled. I booked a ride with pronto around midnight the night before feeling quite distraught and never having used their service. It was a bit more expensive than Uber but I received email confirmation of my ride and when I called in the morning they answered right away and assured me of my ride. I received a text 10 minutes before they arrived. The driver pulled up in a van, was very nice and loaded my bags for me and got me right to the airport. He also had an airport pass that allowed him to go in the bus/taxi lane so we avoided the big back up in the other lanes. Score! I will definitely use pronto in the future. Took a load off!

Great experience! Very professional! And best of all they provide car seats. We needed three and they accommodated our request. We will be using Pronto for all future trips to/from the airport.

Very responsive. Clean vehicle stocked with water bottles. I will definitely use this company in future for any limo shuttle needs. It was perfect for our group of ~14 which was mostly a very excited bunch of 10 year olds. Bonus points for letting us connect to blue tooth and play Taylor Swift music!

Booked a late ride with Pronto. Muhammad was on time and polite. Loaded my bags and it was a great quiet ride. Would recommend services and use them again!

I had used Pronto Rides four times over the last year with good results. I'll never used them again after this last trip. Pronto sent a taxi to take me to the airport, and the drive didn't want to take the toll road. I could have called a cab myself at half the price. The pick-up from the airport was almost as bad. I had to wait 20 minutes at the curb for the driver. Pronto promised to explain what happened two days ago, but never responded.

Unfortunately, not very happy with the service. I booked this for mom arriving late into Austin and due to some miscommunication she ended up waiting alone at the airport for 1.5 hours waiting for the driver. The communication was also poor. For $72 I expected a much better service and wish I had just booked Uber or Lyft for my mom.

Highly recommend this company to get you where you are going, worry free. They handled our airport pick-up flawlessly, including our flight delay, and baggage claim. Being able to prebook our ride was amazing, and compared to Uber prices, it made better sense. The car was impeccable, our driver was polite & helpful, and I would definitely use this service again, (and are as we have prebooked out ride to the airport for our return trip with them as well). Also, they're customer service is great, extremely prompt, and abated my worries due to our delayed flight. Would give them more stars if I could.

Driver communicated well, and sent a text letting me know he was on his way to pick me up. Overall, very professional.

Arrived early, was polite and helpful. Was a very safe driver and perfect chauffeur. Much butter than a random Uber/Lyft driver. Would recommend and I intend to use them again when I am back in town.

These gentlemen were absolutely terrific. They were right on time and quickly loaded our combination of 8 oversized bags and plastic totes along with our carry-on luggage. They got us to ABA with plenty of time to spare, unloading everything onto carts and helping us inside the terminal. I would not hesitate to use Pronto Rides again, but I moved to Portugal. If I ever go back to Austin, they'll be my first call.
