Had my first meeting with their representative after owning the property for four years drove to the property waited over an hour and they stood us up. Very unprofessional.

DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. After being excellent tenants who never missed a payment and kept the unit basically spotless, I was horrified by the lengths and hoops we had to jump through to receive our security deposit back. Not only were we unable to get in-contact with the only person who was able to discuss the deposit with for over two weeks. We were then charged for multiple things that we provided receipts for. When I was finally able to get in contact with them I was told that we would receive our full refund back. I WAS WRONG. When we first moved into our unit it was questionable whether or not the unit had been cleaned prior to our move in, but many of the rooms had mismatched light bulbs, something they chose to charge us for upon our move out. We replaced the light bulbs with exactly what was in there before we moved in. After many calls we were finally able to receive some of the security deposit back but not all. #Feelingverydisappointed
Wanted to give 0 stars, wasn't an option.

PMT/John have been exceptionally professional, responsive and helpful. Having transitioned from a different property management company that was awfully terrible, it was a refreshing change to switch to PMT. They've been proactive, timely, communicative and reliable - everything I'm looking for, from a property management company.

DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE MONEY. Unfortunately I have to give them one star. I moved into a place in January without a functioning heater. Two months later I have a rat infestation that has gone on for three months and counting. I haven't been able to live here most of that time. They have done next to nothing about it and I doubt they ever will.

Stay clear had live on a property managed By PMT slum lord's (had lived on one of my properties lease was passed on to this POS Co. Any ways 3+ years on property no issues I did all maintenance! Even contact ed out full paint in and out when finished property was reassigned to new company to manage rent raised Doubled, I refused and was given eviction papers by neighbor I had already moved sorry charlie!

The staff in this property management company need to learn not to bully students. A lot of students are the first time to rent an apartment, please don't take advantage of them. If you try to trick them, threaten them or intimidate them, they will find out one day. And it will hurt your reputation if you have one.

Very unresponsive. I emailed my "community manager" a question and a maintenance request, and they never responded even a month later. I sent them several follow up emails and even texts, and no response about my maintenance inquiry even when they responded to other questions. Super unprofessional and rude.

I have had a great experience working my Property Manager! She is easy to work with and is on top of the tasks all the time! She made the whole process smooth and easy. She is efficient, reliable and I highly recommend her for this job.

They shut off our water during a historic winter freeze with no warning or prior notice of any kind, because they mistakenly believed a pipe had burst, and then discovered more leaks in the building (most of which have been happening for at least the year & a half I've lived here, and have never been fixed before despite multiple requests). They are using this to justify keeping our water turned off indefinitely. They refuse to provide any sort of notification or updates to any tenants or owners, and we are coming up on a week without water and no officially stated reason as to why. The person who answers the phone in the office is unprofessional, stating that it was "not her job" to notify tenants of any issues or updates regarding our building. If it's "not your job" to manage a property, then what is? They absolutely refuse to give us a straight answer or timeline of any kind, and they shift blame on everyone else, even though they are in charge. If you're considering working with them in any capacity, just know they're likely to do the bare minimum, ignore issues, and use catastrophes as an excuse to deny running water to your tenants and likely cause further damage to your property.

Since my pay my fair share of HOA fees, I called to ask what exactly they do to manage our complex. The lady at the service desk was incredibly rude for me asking basic questions, just kept repeating her answer when I asked her to clarify. They say they manage the actual property, but maintenance of my complex is far too outdated (most electrical wiring was done as far back as the 50s). If you're looking for property in west campus, for the love of God don't give them your money. It's not worth the stress and headaches.

This is by far the easiest transition I have done from a 3 bedroom apt.to a 3 bedroom house with a lot more ample space for my family. My agent was always in contact and made this as easy as can be. Answered all my questions that I had regarding the property I was interesting in renting and it was all done in less than a week.

My hot water heater broke and PMT had someone to take a fix it for me the next day. The maintenance guys were very polite, professional and wore masks. I'm really happy that I can feel safe and have a nice, warm shower again:) I live in the west camus area and highly recommend services (old local business 31 years old!

I wish this place would help me pay for my therapy appointments because I seriously have PTSD from this company. Blanca is literally insane and negligent as somebody who is supposed to represent both owners and tenets. They don’t wear masks in the office either. Grosssss

DO NOT LEASE WITH THESE PEOPLE OR RESPACE RENTALS! They will conduct "preleasing tours" throughout the entirety of your lease, bringing random strangers to walk around your apartment without even giving 24 hours notice. Incredibly invasive- no privacy and we feel unsafe in our own home since we never know when they will show up. NOT WORTH IT! How this is legal is beyond me.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! Let me start by saying the maintenance men were extremely unprofessional. One of the men was upset and kept slamming my front door EXTRA hard for absolutely no reason. They also left without telling me they weren't done fixing my clogged bathroom sink so I was confused as to why I didn't have water after they were there to just fix the bathroom.they came back almost an hour later to finish the job. They truly lacked professionalism and good communication skills. When I called the emergency maintenance number I was hung up on and had to keep calling back to finally speak to someone who gave me nothing but attitude before John (the man I spoke with on the phone) hung up on me again. TERRIBLE company, they need to be shut down.
