Be careful renting from them. Been a nightmare for wife and I since moving in. Unresponsive hard to believe they stay in business actually. Definitely do not recommend.

We have been renting with NB Property Professionals for almost a year and it has been the best experience. So professional, helpful and always there for anything we needed. They take an approach of excellence in everything they do. We are grateful to have had a wonderful place to live while looking for a home to buy.

Please know this company does NOT follow industry standards and is known all around New Braunfels for stealing deposits from people left and right! Especially military service members. They need to be looked at by the state.

Rented for a year. Wouldn’t even consider to go with this company. Timely? Yeah. Lazy? Even more so. They know they will get a deal due to the ‘hot spot’ area. Little to no communication or follow thru, and as a company; they know they will get a deal one way or another. Ho-hum to say the VERY least.

I have worked with PPI for years and I cannot say enough good things about them. They are quick to respond to emails and/or phone calls. I've seen some of the other reviews and I couldn't disagree more with the negative ones. I have always found PPI to be very responsive.

Just a warning on this Memorial Day, DO NOT LEASE from Property Professionals of New Braunfels. My father is 94 and a World War II Veteran who leased property in the creekside subdivision off Alves Ln.for 5 years and had his rent auto drafted every month on time. This year he suffered a sudden decline in his health and his doctor suggested he move immediately to an assited living. He had to vacate 2 months early on his lease. As soon as I learned this I gave notice to PP Inc, giving them a 6 week notice he was going to vacate. I also provided them with a letter from his doctor explaining the situation. Even though they found a new tennant in 2 weeks, they demanded a " Relet Fee " of $1300 (basicly an inconvenience fee) plus a prorated fee of the next months rent. My wife an I spent half a day cleaning his duplex immaculately, I mowed and trimmed his yard and weeded the flower beds, we turned in all keys and yet they still charged and deducted from his deposit for all these services and are now demanding a balance of $1770. We are struggling to pay for his care now so this just adds to the stress. Sad to think he fought for their freedom only to have them use it to disrespect him.

For this company, professionalism is an understatement! Tracey Norris has been in this business for years and really knows the ins and outs of being a professional property manager. She has also been involved a the National level with NARPM. If you're looking for a place to rent or if you're in need of management, look no further than Property Professionals Inc!

The team at PPI is very knowledgeable and professional. I have been a client for many years and have had nothing but great experiences. I refer them to friends constantly.

I have been renting from these people for 5 years and just love how tentative they are to any repairs to be done. They are friendly and helpful with anything the tenant may need. Thank you ladies for all the great service through the years.

Terrible company. Doesn’t talk to the homeowner about anything. I’d always find out in the monthly statement via an email. Multiple things, even when the tenant hadn’t paid rent. I’d find out a week after it was due in a generic statement.

They don’t communicate, which, in my opinion is why I’m paying them $200+ a month to manage my property. It’s about more than simply collecting a check for me.

I would not recommend this company. We used them for 3 years.

Very professional, responsive, and reliable company. Fixed any maintenance issues I had quickly and always answer the phone when I call. Great property management company, I recommend renting from one of their properties if you are looking for a place to stay around town.

Horrible company denied my application even though i was in good standing they just took my money and that was it smh never again.

Maintenance is contracted to third parties and I've been disappointed with who they've patterned up with to handle tenant needs. Tiles in my shower are still not repaired after they fell out over 2 months ago.major invonvenience
