This office is very unprofessional. I scheduled an appt for 10: 30a today and showed up with my new patients forms completed and all documentation required at 10: 22a. By 10: 45a i notice that other patients kept going in ahead of me. When I asked the receptionist, who clearly hates her job, she said "one just went in than she is next". (pointing to a lady sitting in the waiting room with me). I told i cannot wait till 11a to see the Chiropractor as i have another appt to get to.her response "do you want to reschedule". So let me waste your time in scheduling, filling out form and drive to the office, just so you can be dismissive.

I walked out and told her i don't need to do business with a place like this. I will be contacting my insurance company to make sure they don't try to pull any funny stuff like billing them for something that never happened.

I love going to Prosper Chiro. Dr. John and Dr. Travis are very patient friendly! Ashley at the front desk makes sure all the paperwork with Insurance is covered and always keeps the place decorated for the holidays!

I have received amazing care here for years! Amazing health care and patient support. Love this practice!

Prosper Chiropractic is not a place that is going to rush you in and out. They take time to fully access and address each concern!

Dr. Perriton does amazing work. Years of neck and back issues and when thing get tight and painful, his work keeps me moving and back too feeling better! And the office staff are amazing!

Dr. Perriton is great. Most chiropractors I’ve been to have made me feel like I’m just a number and don’t take the time to really work on issues I’m having. He always takes the time to make sure I’m good to go and you can tell he cares.

Sometimes hard to get an appointment in a timely manner but love Dr. Perriton! I’ve seen maybe 10 different chiropractors over 20 years and he’s my favorite. Most places just do same adjustments no matter the reason you go in but Dr. P does adjustments specifically for the problem areas which made a huge difference.
