Great banking experience today, Ruby is very knowledgeable about the bank account type/service I needed and was pleasant to work with even when it involved a ton of paperwork. I appreciate experienced and dedicated professionals and you can tell the difference in the quality of service from other banks with high employee turnover.

I have used this branch for 3 years and I do not see an issue.
Not even sure why 1 star rating should present if you are an honest customer that does no fraud.
