8I wish they would fix the ATM machine. It’s been out of order for a few months now other than that I love my bank.
ATM always broken. Outside lane always closed. Bank policies are stuck in the past. Things have gone downhill since Prosperity took over from First Victoria. Not small business oriented. Probably better for individuals than businesses with different needs. New Manager deliberately delays cash deposits. Case in point I deposited fifteen thousand dollars in Cash to take care of some overdrafts that would hit my account today several hours before close. When I made the deposit I immediately saw the funds appear in my account. However upon checking this evening the funds were subsequently removed from my account and delayed posting so that I would have further overdrafts and fees approved on my account. I'm going to switch to a different bank after fourteen years of patronage due to new management bad attitude. There's absolutely no reason that a cash deposit that large should be Postponed While I am simultaneously experiencing overdrafts on my account in fact the reason that I brought the cash to the bank was to stop that from happening. However its possible this new manager has an issue with me because I requested to speak to the old manager not knowing that he had quit. Condescending Disconnected from customer needs Delayed service Two thirds of drive through inoperable since this new management has taken over= downhill fast. It's worth mentioning they were five stars under previous management.

One of the best prosperity banks I’ve ever been and very easy to work with even for dyslexia people that cannot read they know what they’re doing and I know how to help you which is good and they care about their customers
The staff is very amicable and attend to me in a timely manner. Couldn't ask for a better bank!
I have used Prosperity Bank for many years and I love the fact that I live near this one. I have not ever had any issues at this branch and they always treat me with respect in which I return.
They have a coin machine that makes it easy to deposit funds into my kid's accounts from their piggy banks.
