I had a ThermaTru door insert with internal blinds on my back door and the blinds slide or operating mechanism stopped working properly and had no clue how to replace it or where to look to get it replaced so I contacted Eric with ProTex Remodeling which is a certified ThermaTru installer. Eric was actually too busy with larger projects to assist me with mine but he went far out of his way as well as above and beyond what he really needed to do to get me all the information I needed to get my internal blind glass insert replaced! I really appreciate the effort he went to not even being his active customer but still to assist with resolving my problem!

If you need Exterior Work on your house I cannot recommend these guys enough. They're highly professional, courteous, and all around a pleasure to work with. They redid my siding, windows, front and back door, sliding door, and deck for just slightly more than what their competitors were offering to do windows and siding only. They even helped out with switching out our exterior lights and new house numbers while they were finishing up. Can't recommend these guys enough.

Needing your windows replaced or a new patio sliding glass door they are who you want to call. They did ours and very pleased. The double pane vinyl windows make a big difference with the low e at keeping the heat out. We had a bay window breakfast nook area in the kitchen which we replaced with a huge sliding glass door which came out beautiful. The guys were very professional, on time, and communicated keeping us informed though the whole process all doing the work in a timely manor. I consider myself one lucky lady since I discovered ProTex! I am recently widowed and am having to adjust to a world without a live-in Jack-of-all-trades who could fix anything. Eric answered the phone when I called. He had a few minutes available that very afternoon. He was able to take care of two of my most pressing concerns on the spot! I just spoke with Eric From ProTex about one of the products they install. A sign of a great contractor is freedom of information. Great contractors will give information to you regardless if you are a potential client, outside of their market, or a potential competitor. I found ProTex through YouTube and had some questions about the Diamond Kote Product and how it compares with similar products. He was happy to answer my technical questions and point me in the right directions on how to find a supplier in my area. After seeing the care they put into installation and making sure its done right, and the vast product knowledge they have, I highly recommend giving them a call before you start your siding remodeling project.
