As the owner of beloved, aging BMW (2005/50,000 miles) simply cannot express my gratitude for the expertise & service I’ve received at Provision. I’ve reviewed them as 5 stars before and I truly wish I could give a higher rating.

BMW’s can be cantankerous. They’ll run forever, but as Gordy said, “sometimes they get hungry”. I am saying, “when they do, they eat a lot”. When it happens, you must have specialists … Provision IS THAT SPECIALIST! You wouldn’t go to an orthopedist for a brain tumor.

They ARE THE premiere auto repair resource! Including Habib, their towing specialist. He’s treated my girl with such gentle, professional care multiple times!

And I hate that I still have to say this in 2023, but there are still shops who condescend to single women … never there have I ever felt that pressure. They explain everything INCLUDING literally showing me the issues while the car is on the rack.

I’m incredibly grateful and appreciative.

Why would I ever take her anywhere other than Provision?

This is an honest review from someone who doesn’t normal leave reviews.

I took my car here to find what needed to be replaced on my front-end. They charged me $115. The main part that needed to be replaced was not on the quote. I will not be back at the place. I took it to another shop to have it looked at it. They looked at it didn't even charge.

Hands-down the best place I have ever visited. Customer service is top notch as well as the technicians I highly recommend this establishment if you are needing vehicle repairs or just overall maintenance advice and guidance the staff the owners are phenomenal and I will definitely be a repeat client easy five stars for me! Thank you all for being honest and amazing at what you do.

I have nothing but great things to say about Provision! We live in Frisco and pass MANY shops to go to them. They are the only one’s who I trust to work on our Mercedes, Porsche, and little Fiat 500 Cpop.

The team at Provision is very warm, accommodating and inviting. The impression they leave you with is that you were giving outstanding service and almost can't wait to get more service on your vehicle. I would highly recommend Provision Automotive to anyone needing service on their vehicle.

This shop is very good. I had an issue with my car overheating, and although they were some mishaps, they were very professional and went above and beyond fixing any mistakes. I would recommend them, the owner is a real humble and honest man.

Gordy, Rhonda, and their team are amazing at what they do. My car was finished sooner than I expected while also doing a great and honest job. The best place to bring a vehicle in my experience. I will always be using them in future repairs. Very recommended.

Incredible service and such a blessing to work with. We had a lot going on with our vehicles, and Gordy was so honest and helpful. I am very thankful to have them so close by, and I pray for their continued success. My dad lives out of state and had his own auto shop years ago. I've sent him the quotes I've been given here when we first started using them, and he was so thankful for the fair and honest rates they uphold. You won't find a better place to care for your vehicle.

I was experiencing a mild engine coolant leak with my F150. Provision was able to quickly resolve my issue. They communicated with me extremely well throughout the process. They also did an inspection of the vehicle and did not pressure me to do any unnecessary repairs. Most importantly they were super open on timeline and worked with me to meet my needs. I had my vehicle in and out in less than 2 days in time for a road trip.

Exactly the kind of business we need in Melissa and I look forward to using them in the future.

Gordy, Rhonda and the crew at Provision Automotive are setting an extremely high bar in automotive service! Not only do they treat your car with excellence, the office and sitting area is spotless, full of serve yourself snacks, coffee and water. The area smells amazing, which is incredible on it's own, and the experience is now never one of dread for me. I would bring my toddler into this establishment, which is a huge statement for anyone with kids and a car in need of even just an oil change. Great service wonderful God loving honest man Mr.gordy will never forget he helped when no one one else would

The level and quality of service provided by this team always amazes me. My vehicle was repaired much faster than expected, and the cost was more than fair/reasonable. They were good at pointing out other things that could be done to protect this vehicle from future failures, but they were not overly pushy about them as I've experienced in other other shops. I am not one to write reviews unless I am impressed, and this shop has always impressed me in an industry that is not easy to do so.

Once again, the good people at Provision Automotive remedied BIG issues with my 2005 BMW. They are now & forever my go-to. Second time I’ve used them. Had to have her towed this time. They were accommodating & reassuring. Kept in close touch and the estimate quoted is what I paid … no sneaky add-ons or up-sells; ready when promised. They picked me (and tiny dog) up & drove us to the shop when car was ready.

They also love & honor cardinals for the angels they represent … may seem random to some, but not to me. Grateful!

They are the nicest and honest repair shop I've encountered. Even helped me with a short notice power steering issue. Highly recommend them for an honest assessment of your issues.

So happy I've found an honest and dependable car shop that's just down the street. Gordy is always honest with me and his shop does great work. The shop was squeaky clean and the personnel were warm, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. This was my first visit but NOT my last. I was truly blessed to find this shop.

I can’t say how wonderful an experience coming to this place was. I was greeted promptly, and I had my two kids with me and they were able to perform a wheel alignment on my truck almost right away. Anyone reading this review don’t expect them to do alignments right away at your time of arrival, I think just given what they had going on they were able to squeeze me in because they have a lot of appointments which book up days in advance, now don’t let that stray you away because the service you receive cannot be beat. Their facility is immaculate, staff was extremely nice. If you’re thinking about going here for any of your auto needs, think no more, this is the place.
