Love this Nail Salon. Very polite and sweet staff. Pedicures always very relaxing and detailed!

I really like this place, it's the only place I go to, in my, area for pedicures. I like how she remembers her customers and try to relate to them.

Good environment, they all do a good job too. The owner Rose, tries to accommodate all her clients' appointments either as walk ins or with phone calls. I will recommend this place to anyone.

Was visiting from SC stopped in to get a pedicure, it was fantastic & the lady that did my pedi was awesome, very friendly service.

Arrived 15min before closing and they were more than welcoming: not only did they offer us drinks but snacks too, my feeling of intruding was gone: great service at a fair price" will come again.

The owner is nice.

If you can come when no one else does it is a better experience other wise the wait can be very long.

Twice an unfortunate mistake happened and no offer to correct. I am not a complainer and I understand mistakes happen, though I do kindly point out when something is not to my reasonable expectation and the choice to retain my busine$$ is up to the response of the issue.

I was a walk in. And the Owner was extremely rude to me. I was told the wait was 15 minutes, ended up being almost an hour. I felt so uncomfortable. Service was terrible. I will never go back! I am a believer in FIRST IMPRESSION

I have been here twice now. They're detailed, patient and don't rush through your mani/pedi like other places tend to do. I absolutely LOVE my nails! Last time I came here my gel mani lasted over a month! I've tried other places in Rowlett and PS nails has been the best so far! Will return for sure!

I loved my experience here. The staff is friendly and very attentive. My technician was Rosie and she did an amazing job on my nails! I’ve recently moved from Tyler to Rowlett and I have definitely found the perfect company to service my nails!

They were more than happy to give me a pedicure. They did great work. Didn't rush me out the door like some other places down the road.

My first time getting my nails done since I moved here. Paid for a full set and pedicure 110.00 before I left a nice tip.even though the pedicure paint job wasn’t great and I had polish on my fingers (I can forgive that). Within 3 days my nails lifted. I’ve been getting my nails done for 15 years never had this issue. I called to see if they could repair it (one was officially about to fall off). They were rude, non apologetic and brushed me off. I asked if they could
give me a time to come in the next day and was told “ I don’t know what time we have open just call on your way in “. I’m not even going to bother going in for a repair. I’d rather take my $ elsewhere.

Great customer service! There was a bit of a wait and everyone made sure I was comfortable, offering drinks and the massage chair while I waited. Definitely recommend.

Rosie and Ryan are my absolute favorites! If you want dip, go with Rosie. If you need a bomb pedicure, Ryan. Try the ginger tea - it’s so spicy? The Vietnamese coffee is good and they usually give some kind of chips. Regardless of which nail tech does your nails, if you are unhappy for any reason just tell them and they will make it right.

I received a pedicure. It was great. Very relaxing and did not feel rushed. However when i got home and took a closer look at my polish it looked like a 13 yr old painted them. The polish is not to the cuticle. Looks like a week after a pedicure. My neice got acrylic nails and on some.nails you could still see her real nail on the side. Overall their application is not good. Polish or acrylic

Was not friendly when repair was needed the next day after dip. When people are spending $80 to $90, the work should meet expectations

I love Rosie she makes me feel welcome all the time and she is very happy and nice also fun to be around and she and she always does such a good job on my nails and eyebrows.

First time going here, since close to home, tried it. Rosie (French Ombre) and Vina (pedicure) did a wonderful job, will be back!
