Extremely unorganized, rude staff, they don’t give you any sort of direction when you come in. I failed my test, and before I was even given my result, the guy asked “do you want the reschedule number? ” Basically telling me I had failed before I got to see my results.

I tested over a week ago.the exam had 2 portions. I took the first, no issues.the second portion your proctor didnt know how to access. He called two supervisors and technical support, but couldnt get it. I then was sent home and told to contact customer care. No one will call me back and just keep saying theyll contact me in 48 hours. Its been over a week.i scheduled it so my license wouldnt expire, so now youve taken money, food, and time away from me because you are too incompetent and not properly prepared. I did my part, you took my money, I showed up, and followed all processing rules. You are a sad organization. If I have any say youll be removed from testing for TDLR. If I could give negative stars I would!

I had a 530 PM exam time and was instructed via email to show up 30 minutes prior. I walked into the lobby at 458 to a locked door at the testing facility. I knocked many times to no avail. Another testee showed up shortly after 5. We both spent 20+ minutes on hold trying to get in contact with someone. We stayed until 6. Absolutely unacceptable. I expect a full refund for my exam fee and an expedited reschedule. I forfeited wages for this abhorrent no show.

PSI is a disaster. No functioning website. Nobody to answer phones. Waited on hold 20 minutes to be hung up on 6 times. Texas Dept. Of Agriculture has been notified as well as my congressman and senator.
PSI is a failure.

I am disputing my test scores because I believe they scored me incorrectly. What a waste of time. For the workers of tdlr and psi and wasted my time

The place is filthy! It looks like the only cleaning that’s done is by the candidates themselves. There’s layers of dust in the air vents, lights and stations. There was gunk in the sink and I was the first one that has used it during the test. Very unorganized staff. They were bias toward certain candidates and made it quite obvious. Wouldn’t recommend taking your test here.

Website did not work, sent an email and I got no response. Followed up with them and was told I had to pay because I had missed the rescheduling deadline when I was way within my limits had they not had a computer issue on their end. And their customer service representatives are very rude.

I am trying to take a test on the internet using their proctor, the connection is horrible. They tried to say it is my internet but I watch Netflix all the time and never had a problem, did not have a problem with taking the online classes at the ce shop. I paid for two class with the ce shop after I pass these test I will never use them or psi again. Scheduling and taking test is a difficult process and especially not hepful when you have to take a test.

Absolutely awful, the most rude and petty people who pride themselves on doing their best to insult and belittle any and all who have the misfortune to step through their door. Model or candidate, they will treat you similar to how a psychotic kid treats a helpless puppy. They are also wildly biased against any who are trans, these people are not worth your time or effort. Take the drive to Austin and receive fair treatment.

The worst customer service and their website doesn't work. Spent over 2 hours trying to schedule an exam. I ended cancelling my other classes for which i was registered that would have required their testing services. My order was through the CE Shop so I changed to a different online school and all went smoothly. Terrible, terrible, terrible.

Currently waiting outside in the Texas summer heat because they are running behind schedule. We were supposed to go in at 3pm. It is 3: 45 and we are still waiting. An email would have been appropriate.

I've taken technical certifications in four exam centers and this was by far the very worst exam center that I have ever been to. I am never coming back here. I'm wondering if this is a one-off and situation or if all PSI exam centers are like this.

I arrived 15 min before my exam start time as I have at other exam centers and didn't sit down at my testing station until 12 min after my exam started. This is extremely unacceptable especially when the exam has a strict start time.

I would also like to state that this Exam Center is very unclean.

The workers here are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! From start to finish the 2 women giving the exam had an attitude with the models and the ladies actually taking the exam. The facility looked as if it hasn't been cleaned in months. The vents were 90% covered in mold and dirt. The entire experience today was horrible and im thankful i never have to return to that disgusting place!

Giving one star because I have to. This is the absolute worst organization ever when it comes to contacting them by phone. You can expect to wait on hold for 20-30 minutes any time you call. Once you do get a live person on the line you can expect unprofessional, disorganized customer service agents. If you do opt to leave a phone number for a call back, don't hold your breath waiting.they won't call back.

I would give 0 stars if I could. This organization is absolutely worthless. I tried to schedule an online exam with them, twice it had to be rescheduled due to a poor connection on their end (I checked my internet speeds and both times it was above 50 mb/s) and then when I tried to call them I waited half an hour and then my call went to voicemail. Some of the worst service I have ever experienced.
