Food is delicious and very fast! We usually have Pho but today I try Bun Thit Nuong and it was so good!
Edit: The restaurant is under new management for around 2 months now and it went downhill, I gave them multiple tries with different dishes and it was really dissaponited! The Pho and Bun Thit Nuong are not even closed to my picture that I took 1 year ago anymore. Bye my "used to" favorite restaurant!
This place was sort of pricey for what you are buying. Maybe I got the wrong thing, but I won’t be coming back based on entire experience. I got vermicelli. The chicken tasted like it was reheated in a microwave and old. I had to dip it in sriracha to make it edible. It seemed there was only one cook and it took forever to come out. I didn’t get much time to eat it because of this and had to leave. I had left my card on the table from the beginning seeing it was taking a while and nobody took my payment. I finally had to stand and wait at register. I was worried about not making it back to work on time during the entire experience. If my payment was made I may have had just a few more minutes to enjoy my food. I don’t have time in my day to justify returning back to this establishment, and I didn’t like what I paid for across the board, so it’s a no return policy for me.
I ordered the eye round steak pho. My boyfriend got one that had eye round steak, crunchy flank, and something else that I don't remember. We also ordered chicken and avocado spring rolls. I always get the winter melon tea here. His broth looks different since he added the sauces in for a spicier taste. I like a bit of spice, but with my pho, I prefer not too much. I tasted his, and it was good too, but I preferred mine.
Out of all the pho places I've been to in Texas since I moved here, this one is my favorite. It has the best pho broth out of anywhere. High tier level. I am never dissatisfied. The chicken and avocado rolls were amazing. My boyfriend even liked them even though he usually doesn't like spring rolls. The winter melon tea is a must. (In this photo, we had already eaten most of the rolls. Comes with 2 big ones. And I had already eaten a decent bit of my pho)
The food is so good. I stopped liking pho for a while but this place made me obsessed with it again. Definitely coming back. It has so much flavor
Went in on a Sunday afternoon for a very pleasant meal. A nice mellow atmosphere, with great service and even better food! I could not complain one bit about my meal. The Thai tea is delicious!
Went to restaurant and order 2- bowls and 2 spring rolls to go. Asked for extra vegetables and sarachia packets. Paid for my meals and was told manager says $2 more for sarachia. Ok. Gave me my order and said everything is there. Got home and my bowl wasn't there nor were the sarachia. They refuse to reimburse me or just remake the order. My hospital that I work at orders from them 3-4 times a week. Not no more.and that's sad because their food is good.
I'm disappointed to not be able to recommend this place any more. The owner and original manager ran a tight ship. Things are a bit more expensive, likely due to location, good quality and good portion size. Problem is, I've caught the wait staff trying to pull so many fast ones on me, I can't do business with them anymore:
About 2 weeks ago, stopped in for a small shrimp pho to go for my kid. Didn't ask the price-Just handed him a $20. He gave me back $2? I asked how much it was, "$17.xx". My 8yo said very "openly", Dad, we sshouldv gotten a steak. " Lol.
I would like to give you guys more info but, This is probably my last contribution sinie googoo is obviously purposely mis-spelling %75 of tot words I tupe, assuming that I'Illbe forced to download their app. Lol- F them2! GooD luck in a worldlof scumbags!
Restaurant is not very clean. Service is extremely poor and lacking. Our food came out at separate times leaving people to wait while the others ate. No one checked on our table. Left thirsty due to the dry food and no one offering to refill our drinks. I would not recommend.
So not only was my order wrong. But my daughter gets to the bottom of her Vermicelli bowl and almost chokes on this piece of plastic string! How carless and disgusting. The shrimp that was in the bowl was like mash potatoes! They were spoiled! I had to throw them away! A waste of $20.00
Never again will I go back here.
I was craving some pho & our usual place was closed that day so hubby & I came for a late night snack, an hour or so before they closed.
Hadn't been here in a long time - totally forgot how massive their XL portions are - lots of noodles, lots of proteins - so filling & delicious! The special pho comes with a small side bowl of bone marrow & egg in broth. Definitely hit the spot!
Lived in the area for years, and we have tried many pho places. The prices are decent and the food is always amazing. The owners are very sweet people who make this place that much more inviting.
We come here pretty often, I like their sandwiches, their stir fry items, their pho but minus the beef selection I was given on this rather particular night.the soup wasn’t hot enough to cook the beef & the beef discoloration just wasn’t appetizing. Meatball tasted like it had some freezer burn to them, none the less will still come here, their drinks are good, employees are very polite and nice.
ZERO stars.this place has 4.5 stars due to very obvious fake reviews. I come here a lot since it's conveniently located nearby but I won't be back. Today there was a bug in my vermicelli bowl. That's unacceptable.
Pho is the best food that I've eaten. Its amazing and i am addicted to the stuff but its flavor is very complex to describe.
While everyone’s idea of pho may differ, the first thing you’ll notice is its aromatic smell. And just like the savory sweetness that lingers in the air, so it will be on your tastebuds as well. The soup doesn’t have a particular taste as it varies from meat to meat along with your choice of accouterments. I love this restarant.
I love this place, it’s such a hidden gem. It’s tucked away in the corner of the shopping center but it’s definitely worth checking out. The food is authentic, affordable & delicious. Definitely recommend
Someone asked me, why do you like to eat here? Simply because.it's so cool! Thank you!
