I had a great 3 years with Public Storage. Clara was very helpful and efficient. I would definitely recommend this location to others!

Nearly impossible to move anything in and out of the front entrance. Great front desk but raising rates and crumbling front make it not user friendly. We’ve been here 6 months and front keeps crumbling. It’s getting to the point that it’s both a trip hazard and against building code. Management please fix.

Great facilities with even better people running the show! Working with Trish and Carla best through out the process was awesome!

By far the best and cleanest storage facility l have ever rented a space from. Carts are usually readily available and staff is friendly and helpful. Only bad points are they are a bit on the pricey side and they do not have 24 hour access.

It was today Friday with the most soft spoken excellent customer service very helpful not only help she was able to help wen my unit was at another property I wish you higher employee were taught to listen an be just as helpful as Mrs
Shawna. Again she would help for all properties to welcome new an existing employees Bless her Heart you Were wonderful Good help is hard to find. I nominate Mrs. Shawn a greeter for those who don't know we are the ones that are paying. I owe her lunch.got chu girl don't stoly

SHAME ON YOU P. S! SO DISRESPECTFUL AND PATHETIC YOU ARE! I UNDERSTAND THE CLAUSE SAYS YOU CAN WITHOUT WARNING CHANGE THE MONTHLY PYMT AMOUNT ON ME AT ANY TIME. YOU SURE DID. TWICE! NOT LOWER, BUT HIGHER BY $20 MORE EACH TIME INCLUDING NOW (ON THE SEPTEMBER 2021 CYCLE). THE FIRST TIME YOU ABRUPTLY DID THIS WAS SOON AFTER COVID HIT ALL OF US HARD WORKING PEOPLE! YOU KNOWING WE ARE STRUGGLING AND JOBLESS. AND YOU DID IT AGAIN TODAY! YOU ARE CHARGING ME 20% MORE FROM WHAT I STARTED WITH.

Lately, I noticed this location hasn’t been up kept in cleanliness. At times there’s trash in the front parking, the restroom is dirty at times, the door timer/magnet hinge to make the door stay open does not work. There’s dust bunnies or small debris on the walk ways and the smell of mildew/damp lately.

Shawnna was quite helpful and very patient good to see a friendly face with great customer service when you're having to move all your belongings into a storage

This place has taken care of me since the first day. Trish has been so professional throughout the process. I will do business with them in the future.

Trish, she was great very helpful showed me both sides of units, she helped me with the app I was able to pay one month in advance her customer service was awesome and great and I will refer this location to my friends and family.
