One African American dark color skin lady in this Bellaire location is very rude mean while this people are just increasing the rate every month from $144 to 177$ then when people go to other storage they come up with the first month rent free or half this is really not good I am moving my stuff from there soon my other storage with istorage has never increased my rent just that they don't have the size available then that is why I use this public storage but they are really becoming expensive am I will be done using them

Much thanks for all the security and safety Public storage offered, when my storage unit was raided on the weekend of Oct 24, and all of my valuables inside were stolen. Kudos for the great job, fellas.

DO NOT RENT HERE. Less than one month here and my unit was broken into. The doors are in disrepair, the customer service is absolute garbage. Stay away, don’t waste your time.

I got a storage and less hassle than previous (u-?) the facilities are clean and the deal was great so far. The manager showed me a unit and took time to explain everything (renters insurance etc) and didnt pressure me like a another place did and she shown me really good customer service.

I've been with this public storage since 2017. Nice but ever year they want to go up.on storage space 10.00 dollars. Going to move out of there soon.
