Once you sign on with this group they continue to increase the rental rate. I have been online and found other interior air-conditioned spaces for less. I most likely will be moving to the nicer facility.

I came to the property to look for a unit, Victoria was very nice and helpful. I was able to find the perfect unit for my needs!

The manager here is very helpful and gives great customer service. She does everything she possibly can to make sure the customer is happy and comfortable.

Shopping for space and these folks are way out of market on monthly price and a steep move in fee. Moving on to the next facility

Yolanda, the manager at the Greenbriar location is outstanding, she goes above and beyond, and is always very helpful.

I unexpectedly needed to make a last-minute change to a larger unit and the staff were incredibly accommodating. I called when I was about 15 minutes away with my moving truck and they had it all set up by the time that I arrived, so the crew could start unloading while I handled paperwork. Great service!

So yeah came in the public storage mad about moving and Yolanda help me get everything situated. She really helped me out today get everything together.

No one was in office when sign said open could not get movers carts ended up making me pay more to movers. No one is ever there. Worst customer service ever
