Public Storage, Fort Worth TX

I was at this Storage facility September 27,2003. I needed information on sizes, prices, etc. Kali is the person who helped me and she provided great customer service, She she was very knowledgeable about prices and sizes. She also let me see the size of unit we are thinking might work for us. I was also able to make a payment for our unit that is currently at another Public Storage. Kali told me exactly how go online or use the phone app to find a different location in case she does not have the size we need available. She was Professional, personable, and helpful. She is an asset to her Company.

This place is always very clean and every time I have spoken with Autumn she was always more than helpful and willing to go above and beyond!

I’ve been renting spaces here since it first opened many years ago. At that time it was All Storage. Doug Smith was the manager, and he did a magnificent job. All of us loved Doug. He was always kind, courteous, professional, and kept the entire place immaculate. If something was broken or if there was a problem, he took care of it immediately. Many of us long-term tenants are still in touch with Doug and have remained friends. Sadly, he retired. The people taking his place did a good job, but it started going downhill a little bit at a time. When Public Storage bought All Storage, the transition was very difficult and rocky. Usually at least two of the four elevators were broken, sometimes three! The garage bay overhead door was broken for many many months, creating many problems and inconveniences. I’m happy to say, the current manager has greatly improved things and it is much better. However, there is one employee, a woman with very short hair, who is unbelievably rude and hateful to everyone. Yesterday, she was gone most of the day and the office was locked, which meant that we could not have access to the dollies.
They also have a security code system which can be very tedious. I have three units on the third floor and one on the second floor. I have one code to allow access to the third floor. If I need to to the second floor, I have to go down to the first floor, get out, put in my second floor code to be allowed access.

They’ve taken away the water fountain, and there’s not even a waste basket by the office anymore. I have four units for my business inventory, and pay about $1800 per month.
They are doing a much better job, but need to get rid of the rude employee and be a little more customer service oriented. A water fountain would be a good start. And having the office be open during business hours does not seem unreasonable to expect.

Not too happy with this particular Public Storage. My boyfriend has a unit here and has tried to talk to someone in the office on 3 different occasions during business hours and no one is ever in the office. He thought he would try again today and again, the doors were locked and no one was in the office. As I proceeded to call the Public Storage, a lady gets out of her car and my boyfriend asks her if she works there. She rudely tells him that she is on her lunch break and my boyfriend begins to apologize to her (being the sweet man he is) She then tells him to come inside and talks to him very hateful and with disgust in her voice. She made my boyfriend feel like he was such a bother when in actuality she is at work and should be treating her customers with more respect. I was appalled at the way she talked to him and something needs to be done about her nasty attitude.

Our school's PTA had a unit here for years. Great facility. Always clean. Staff always friendly and helpful. Good prices

Letty is the greatest ever! We can after they closed (we thought they closed later) and had to put our stuff in that night and she stayed overtime so we could put all of our stuff in our unit. Highly recommend this place especially if Letty is there!

Kali is an awesome Manager at this location. She cares about her customers and she is very knowledgeable. She has worked very hard to bring this place up to speed and her hard work truly is paying off.

I came in looking for a unit while moving and Kali was amazing. She got me a unit that fit everything I needed and for an amazing price. Incredible. If you need help here, ask for Kali! Best customer service I’ve ever received at a public storage.

Had a few questions about renting a unit was very clean office and the 2 employees that were in office were both very professional and friendly!

I have to make it known publicly that I received some of the best customer service I've seen, let alone received in a LONG time! I went to check on a storage unit at the ALL Storage on Camp Bowie in Ft. Worth, and there was this young lady by the name of Emilia there. She was so informative, intelligent, and just all around helpful that I would've gotten the unit regardless of price! (The price was very competitive also)! Her winning smile and informative take charge attitude said Manager loud and clear to me. What an asset she is and would be to ANY company! I think she said her main store is in Benbrook but she helps out at other stores when they need it. Versatility/ team player! I'm glad that I just happened by and she was there. It made all the difference in my day/move. P. S. When I called to get the info.to contact All Storage about my experience another young lady who was very nice also! I apologize for not remembering your name but you know who you are!

Public Storage on Locke Street in Fort Worth, TX is the best facility. It is kept immaculately clean and in great condition and the staff (especially Justin and Kali) are the best of all the storage facilities we (business and family) use. They are incredibly professional, courteous and solution-oriented. I highly recommend.

Good price. I just got lost inside. And had a fit with my anxiety. Probably has nothing to do with Public Storage.
