Ms. Shellie has changed my opinion on storage facility staff for the positive. For her level of customer service alone, this place is worth the investment.

Extremely frustrated. I originally started renting a storage unit starting on the 8th of the month. The storage facility changed that date to reflect the 1st of the month.
We are retired and veterans on a limited income. We emptied out the unit on the 3rd of the month and I cannot seem to get an answer on not being required to pay a full month.
It seems unfair and unethical to require me to pay for a full month when we had to drive 14 hours to get there and had the unit clean and empty 11 a.m. Of the 3rd. I was told I would have an answer in 78 hours but I am getting notices already stating that legal action if not paid in 10 days. As long as we rented from you and there is no consideration or flexibility. Is your company really that greedy as to take advantage? I have not once in 4 1/2 years been late.
I am in the process of moving in to another storage facility which does adhere to month to month based on move in date which is larger, nicer and much less expensive than you Public Storage

Hands down the best Public Storage location! The staff here is incredible especially (Shellie) they do a good job with making sure your moving process is smooth by going out their way to help or answering questions. The environment here is friendly, professional, and welcoming.

Shelly & Chelsea are WONDERFUL & such a BLESSING. They are soooo HELPFUL and caring. They really try to help you with your rental needs. The storage facility is neat and clean. I’ve been here for some time and haven’t seen any bugs! That’s important and something to consider. I recommend this location HIGHLY!

Ms Shellie was super helpful in answering all my questions and I surely had a lot of questions. She even gave me a tour of a couple units to make sure I was purchasing the right size. The customer service from Shellie and Chelsea was great. Thanks for making this process easier for me and my family.

So after moving in yesterday I realized I needed a larger space. Chelsea helped my transfer with no problem. She made the transition stress free.

Chelsea helped me on getting a unit she was so helpful and so nice, my kids loved her as well she was so sweet with them.

Ms. Shellie was wonderful in helping me choose the size of unit I needed. Also I have an injury right now and she picked out a unit close to the door for me.

Definitely a 5 star storage especially with Mrs. Shellie being the most helpful person there love her kind spirit and honesty she’s the sweetest.
