Needed storage at the last minute, I got there 15 min before closing was helped immediately by De Anna she was very helpful explained everything and I got first month for $1 with no term I can go when I want. It's gated clean and well lit, definatly recommend them.

Mrs. Deanna did it again made my experience here wonderful to work with! Love her willingness to help her customers always does it with grace and respect. Highly Recommend this location.

After moving all your stuff in, they will raise their "special rates" that brought you to them in the first place.

I have been in my unit for right at a year now and have never missed a payment. My credit card that I have on file was hacked which caused me to miss my storage payment. I received a personal call from Deanna who manages the Windcrest location to notify me my payment did not go through. She stayed on the phone with me to help me set up an account and make my payment on line as well as put in a request to wave my late fee. She was very friendly, helpful and professional. I give her and the facility a 5star rating

My experience at renting my Mini Storage here was very pleasant Deanna was very thorough helpful in doing her job well and with joy yes I appreciate the smooth operation of moving and relocating my life I recommend this facility for anyone thank you so much

I love this place, I just wish I could access the gates at any time instead of only between the hours 6am-9pm

Great location, easy access off i35, clean and safe. DeAnna (manager) is Phenomenal; Friendly, Knowledgeable and an absolute Professional. I highly recommend using this Public Storage.

Been a customer for a couple of years+, never been on Autopay, by choice. Went online to pay my bill a day late and found out that my account was current due to AutoPay. Went through customer service rep, we danced around, got transferred to “supervisor and when I told her I’d never authorized AutoPay she told me it had been authorized online. Apparently I’ve been hacked since it wasn’t me who made the online change to my account. PS is a big outfit, this kind of illegal misconduct is not what I expected from a national company. There’s nothing I can do, and they know it, just take the inane lip service and find a new facility!
Renters Beware-Once you’re in with them they have ability to do pretty much what they want!
Find alternative storage facility, even though too many are pretty cheesy!

Would highly recommend this location. Deanna answered any and all questions we had. She was patient and provided excellent service!

Deanna is absolutely amazing! I believe that anyone that needs storage should come here! She bent over backwards to accommodate me, truly above and beyond! I’d say she not only parted the Red Sea for me, but I’d swear that I saw her actually walk on water beforehand! Seriously though, she gave me the most exemplary customer service ever! Public Storage and Deanna are the place and person to go to!

DeAnna was fantastic! I have been seeking a storage unit for over 2 months now in anticipation for my move and because of DeAnna, I found the perfect unit and singed a year lease with automatic renewal! DeAnna was friendly, took the time to show me the unit, educated me on unit humidity and how to take care of my items in storage units, and ensured I was setup for success! I highly recommend this storage unit for its location but most definitely because of DeAnna!

Deanna made my move in super easy and stress free. Upon arrival she welcomed me with a smile and standing welcoming me in. The process went really easy as I had made the reservation the day before. She also went over the entire lease with me so I fully understood the terms and conditions. She took me to my unit and made sure I was satisfied. She went above and beyond offering supplies I may need and although I didn't need any I appreciated that. All in all she exceeded my expectations. I couldn't be happier. All automatic. Down load the app, rent the space, go use it. No people involved. Clean and well maintained. One thing, only 6a-9p access. 24hr would be better but I can live with it. Definitely would recommend this business.

Brandnew Camper Stolen from this location and the Video Suvelience cameras are not good enough to catch thieves or their vehicle license plates.also the gates take to long to close behind you.
