8Karen was very helpful and polite when I asked about the storage options at this location.
This place started great then went down the longer I was here. Started the first year at $60 a month then jumped up to $70. A $10 increase is understandable. Then the following year it jumped to $110 a month while my unit had mice in it. Not sure how a company justifies almost a 50% increase when their units have mice like mine did. I was on the 3rd floor section 6.
Great customer service, reasonable pricing. Very nice, clean storage facility. I would recommend Simply Self Storage on Andrews pkwy to anyone.
Came in to get unit. Karen welcomed us and was great. Even had some good jokes to tell. She was extremely helpful. If you looking for a unit go with simply storage. Great prices and again Karen was awesome!

This property is clean, secure, and safe. Nancy helped me and answered all my questions. Ask for her if you need a storage unit. She’s very professional and polite. Plus my move in with easy breezy! I’ll give them a 10/10, I recommend.
