If you need prompt customer service then avoid this place because no one answers the phone and no one is there during business hours.

I moved my stuff to Public Storage from another place because they raised the rent by $60; then, PS did the same thing a few months after I moved my stuff over. My rent went from $170 to $263 in less than 6 months. So sad. I have used PS in a couple of different cities over the years and was completely satisfied! They have lost my business.

I couldn’t rave more about the excellent service Valerie gave me. We were originally looking at another storage unit company, that was cheaper, but had horrible service. Valerie called me to set up an appointment to come check out the property. Just her kindness, and customer service alone are the reason I decided to not go with the other company, and brought my business to Public Storage.

Valerie was amazing and helpful. Very welcoming and professional too. She answered all of my questions and helped me make the best decision for my storage items. Thanks for being Great Valerie.

Valerie was so helpful, patient and efficient with me and my friend! She figured out a very complex, money saving storage solution. We combined 2 small storage units my friend had in different locations in the San Antonio area into one new larger unit. This saved my veteran friend over $100 month! She was so kind checking in on us during the moving, and provided us with free water when it was 106 degrees outside! Went to get a larger unit and everything went so smoothly. Themla showed me the available units and was very kind. I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes.

I was shocked to see when I arrived at location the the property manager Valerie was actually on property. She was very courteous and was knowledgeable about policies and property area.
