Puff n Stuff Smoke Shop, Dallas TX

Due to chronic pain I buy kratom there all the time. A new employee put the wrong type in my bag. I didn't notice until i got home. It was never opened but they still won't let me exchange it. They just lost a lot of money from me. I'm sure the owner won't care but i just wanted it out there. Don't trust the employees to get what you asked for

Terrible and very slow service. Does not have things promised in stock. Cashier is lazy and will hassle you about your payment method if you are black. Allows (none black) customers in store without mask or face protection. I will not return to this store ever again. Absolutely awful service.

Helpful, friendly, personable! The store is clean and well-lit with a great selection. Great local shop.

I just drove 18 hrs for family vacation I was in need of a device. Since I didnt want to drive further I decided to call a few stores within a mile looking for something. When told they had what I was looking for they told me they dont give pricing. What great customer service.guess who's not getting my business.

No matter what their name is on the outside, the place is even more awesomest inside! Puff n stuff had just that. Stuff to help u puff. Need i say more?

This place needs more help! The person who is supposed to open the store needs a watch. I would also guve this place 0 star its 10: 15 and its still not open. So my advice go somewhere else

Worse place ever. Don't waste your money.come to find out owners are rasist. Don't know how to run a business. From the looks of it.the staff seem like a bunch of crack heads & east dallas store the worse one selling more than pipes I'm sure the guy there look to be selling pills or something shady. Wow.smh

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I bought two batteries for my e cig, went to my car to try them, and they didnt work. I asked before I purched them if they came with a charge, because I was needed to use them right away. When I got to my car they didnt work. I immediately went in for a refund and was refused. I took them home in hopes that they would work after a good charge, but NOPE they were garbage!

Kind of bland for a head shop. I was disappointed in their selection but ended up spending money there anyway.

Great selection but the staff isn’t knowledgeable. Bought a connection piece for my pen but only works with pens that have a button. Told the dude mine didn’t have one but he convinced me it would work so I got it, no exchange or return policy.

Dirty and old. Over priced. Used to work there, they accused me of selling weed but in reality everyone else there sold drugs lol. Kratom is processed in a warehouse somewhere, seems sketchy. Cheated me out of bonuses on multiple occasions and shorted me money on my paycheck whenever I left. Made me feel so uncomfortable I had to quit. Also sold me an e cig battery last night that doesn't even work. Waste of money. Might as well go to gas pipe and spend the extra money just so you don't have to go here.

Always have what we need even in our hour drive to see ya, without calling and checking first;).
Everyone is kind and knows their knowledge on certain products when asked for future reference. PS. It's a fun shop and great pricing compared to like. The Gas Pipe.xo

I want to respond to "Tony Smith" 's 1-star review from "a year ago".
It IS illegal to sell a "detox" for the purpose of altering drug tests, period. The PnS employee was absolutely correct in telling you it was illegal!
Mr. Smith, don't you know 95% of getting what you want or need, especially at retail establishments of this nature, is all in HOW you ask for things? You asked for what you wanted all wrong.
Proves to me the employees here have a little snap.

It was hard to find, but I found it, lol. The two guys that were there were pretty cool. They helped me out on selecting a great pipe. Thanks guys.

Cool place. Clerk with the dreads is a cool dude. He welcomes customers with a smile and willingness to help.
